Day one of my Vegan One Cleanse! Before weight. 13.9% body fat =(
let myself go for the Holidays.
I just needed to get out there and pound the pavement forget about everyone and everything and just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
It’s been a month since I last went for a run. The San Gabriel Turkey Trot 10K on November 21st and since I was a little stressed I decided I needed a release. Although I said I was taking the Holidays off since I felt like I needed rest. I think I am fully rested. For Dinner a Hainanese Chicken Salad with Chicken Broth
Was doing great until the pain of a blister hit but I needed to get my 9 miles in so powered through it. No Pain No Gain!
Been Pushing Hard this month because I have the Nike+ SF Women’s Half Marathon on October 18th and the LA Rock & Roll Half Marathon on October 25th. Had an amazing month. Abs are back. My Body Fat is down to 11.9% body fat. I’ve been really good with my diet and my beach body workouts!
Felt like I needed to push it after gaining 4 pounds this weekend in Vegas! So I slept in instead of waking up at 5:45AM and did two workouts after getting home from work. Ate to fuel my body not to fill it and feeling awesome. Drank 2 cups of Yogi Detox tea and 80 oz of water today. Let’s get rid of them 4 pounds by the weekend! Time to get comfortable being uncomfortable again.
last long run before my first 1/2 Marathon in Portland next week... Feeling sore but my feet held up to the 10.3 miles I did so I’m very happy. No Blister!
Longest Run Yet 10 Miles but the last 1 1/2 were excruciating because I got a blister again. Down to 157.8 lbs and 11.7% Body Fat. Very happy with the progress!
Got a blister from my new running socks that were to save time with taping my feet. so after about the 4.5 mile mark it was painful but I did the 8 miles I set out to do so feeling accomplished.
8.15 Miles! My longest run yet. My first 1/2 Marathon in 5 weeks! Have to keep pushing!
Still working on A New Me... not because the old me is bad just because the old me can improve.
Felt bad about not working out this morning and have to go to my podiatrist in the morning so went for a run tonight in the cold and the rain. 1 1/2 miles in I twisted my ankle so struggled to do my 4 miles but got it done.
Started doing my new normal of 4.1 miles but then the right song came on and I said f%*k it, Let’s push this mutherfu%king body today. 10K for breakfast!
Pushed farther then ever before on a run. Only issue is too many lights on Valley but whatever it’s the miles you travel not the time it takes you to get there. [In life and in running]
I hate running but I gotta keep at it. Got that Half Marathon coming up in less then 7 weeks! =D
Didn’t work out for 2 weeks because of a trade show in Las Vegas and then got sick when I got back. Still am not at 100% but getting back into the swing of things! It took a lot of work to get to goal weight and I’m not going to let it go so easily. Cause Perez’s Never Quit!
