☀️Another post about the solar eclipse. Was trying to use the pinhole projector technique to view the eclipse when I realized even the little gaps in my fingers formed crescent shapes.🫴🌙🌙

Something I started a bunch of months back that I finally got around to finishing. Came up with the character as I was drawing it, only prompt I went on was the rough idea that she was a priestess to the god Horus.

Leon’s Disciple.

Unused concept from work. The guinea pig motifs are meant to reference our company mascot Leon.

Took these pictures early January right before taking down the tree. Fairy paper dolls.This was the very first of the articulated paper dolls I made back in 2016. 

Was figuring out the articulation and at what angle I should draw her body that I could get the most natural-looking poses out of. Also, particularly for the hands and the bit of hair framing the right side of her face, realizing at what point the shapes became impractical to cut out. The hands are actually pretty easy to cut out compared to that sharp angle between her cheek and that lock of hair.

Illustrated the pieces in Photoshop and cut and assembled by hand.
