Part of feminism isn’t just proving that women are strong and capable it’s also admitting that women can be awful and disgusting. I would interject that this can also be a sign of someone being trapped in an emotionally abusive relationship, clinging to a significant other while they are "available", and straining to keep them before they inevitably push you away again. In this case I would agree that it's an unhealthy place in life to be, but I wouldn't be so quick to make such sweeping judgements. The context of each individual situation is important to consider.
