I FUCKING DELETED THE 5TH PAGE AND PROCREATE CRASHED BEFORE I COULD GET IT BACK so I literally had to screenshot the Timelapse video to retrieve it, only problem is that it’s grainy as hell so please excuse that. This is my first time doing a comic of this scale and it was honestly such a blast, although working with all the different layers and colouring and stuff like that was tedious, but the next time I do it will definitely be more streamlined.

I’m toying around with a fic that follows this premise bc I’m delusional and Derek totally survived getting knowledge blasted, right? I wanted to explore that might have happened if he survived, I think it would have taken him a while to reveal himself to Avery, maybe so as to not overwhelm him? I’m assuming the guy would be mourning for a while lol. Anyways stay tuned, part two will drop sometime within the next 8 years.

Grace overhears some of his students whispering in shock.

“What are you guys whispering about?” Grace asks and the students go silent until one of them says.

“SimonSays used to be a cult…..A pretty bad one…..”

“The brothers of Eden.”

Grace tenses at that and asks “I don’t think it’s any of our business but how did you find out? It’s not great to go snooping.”

“Someone found old photos of him and they recognised the tattoo.” The students says and shows the photo to grace on their phone.

This isn’t good. Simon is going to be pissed. He excuses himself and goes off to lock himself in the bathroom and calls Simon. “Please pick up.”

Simon answers and Grace softly says “Si? Are you ok? Do you need me to come home?-“

Grace can hear simon whimper from the other side of the phone. “Ok I’m- i’m coming home! Let me go talk to Stratt, ok-“

“Can you- can you stay on the phone? Can you keep talking to me please?” Simon tries to take deep breaths and grace nods.

“I can. Let me put myself on mute so I can go talk to Stratt and say I have a family emergency.”

“I’m- i’m sorry-“

“Don’t apologise, sweetheart. When I find out who leaked those photos I will kill them.”

Simon huffs a laugh. “You can’t even hurt a spider, angel.”

Grace huffs. “You’re right…. Maybe I’ll give them a stern talking to.”

“Thanks, sunlight.”

“You’re welcome, my moonlight.”
