Year of the Snake 🐍

This art was originally planned to drop on 29th of January, first day of the year of the snake but things happened (my graphic tablet's pen broke and problems with ordering a new one, after that two surgeries yara yara) I'm still heart-broken that i couldn't come back to it much earlier T^T it just comes to the fact that i never can be on time with... pretty much anything? Oh well (hope i get better at it)

Regarding the art itself - it's my first art of Xue since I got them (which was a while ago) I think that they fit the theme very well! Couldn't miss the occasion :3 more so because this year i try to draw at least one art of every single one of my OCs and i'll say... It goes quite well so far!

I decided to go with more fitting to the character winter background despite the more occasion accurate spring (to my defence i associate January with winter still xP) Oh! and for those wondering what those words mean :

迎春 - Greeting the new year (spring) 令和七年 - Reiwa 7th (2025)

For those more familiar with Japanese, let me know if it's correct. Never can be too sure ^^

Random art of an oc I haven't drawn yet so I can use my acrylic markers again 👍 just thought that his palette would be perfect for an art made with those!

It took like two days to finish, from sketch to coloring (which is pretty fast for me ngl)

Oh also sorry for a reflection in the corner I just don't have the patience to take a better pic hhghghg

Eeeee finally posting this full art for my doggo Kuro! I really like this guy >.< this drawing is meant to represent their "resurrection" by the red moon, the one who possessed their dead body (lore stuff yara yara)
