It is 1941, the Germans are bombing London. What is Elizabeth doing? Well, she is staying in Windsor Castle and there is an elaborate party happening. Thoughts of the state of Britain loom over her. The party has all a girl her age could ask for; drinks, handsome suitors trying to win her heart, and plenty of entertainment. Yet it's all so overwhelming. She escapes into a dark unattended hallway to collect herself but finds out that something has been waiting for her.

A young woman from America works a dead-end job. She will live wavers till she decides to take a cheap vacation to the United Kingdom where she stays in a small village. They welcome her with open arms but the townspeople slowly became weirder and would not let her leave. It turns out they are a cult trying to produce the second Virgin Mary and eternal mother. Isolated and only given what she needs to survive, she starts to lose herself. One night, she is taken out of her room of captivity and led to a ceremony. She is given the choice to kill the sacrifice given to her and live or be killed for rejecting their love. For the first time, she chooses to live.
She blacks out but wakes up later in a now gored room.
