Highlights of BMC on Broadway!! (6/22/19)

I connected with someone sitting two seats away from me. This is what I love about shows like this, you can immediately bond with other audience members even if it’s hard for you to talk to other people because of social anxiety, introversion and/or shyness
Gerard does his iconic IT’S FROM JAPANNNNNN!!!! I didn’t like how subdued it was on the album so this was a TREAT
Gerard KILLS The Squip Song and when his Squip starts controlling him to tell Jeremy about the Squip he falls to the ground and Jeremy just PICKS UP HIS BACKPACK AND STARTS TO LEAVE ITS HILARIOUS IM STILL LAUGHING LMFAO
Let’s note how the transitions in Broadway shows are God and how hard any crew member for ANY show must work to get this all together, I mean, timing is everything
During Two Player Game, George drops the cap to his (expired) 90s drink and says “oops”
CAMERON BOND AS THE SCARY STOCK BOY I LOVE THE SCARY STOCK BOY
The mall set is current stores like Forever 21, Panda Express, and Cinnabon, which underneath it says “substitute baked good” or something??
Some kids yelled out “WE LOVE YOU” to Cameron Bond as Mr. Heere
Lauren Marcus and Katyln Carlson are a fantastic pair and Lauren REALLY plays it up during Do You Wanna Ride?
The way Mr. Reyes asks “What’s the deal with that?” is so accurate and funny and I feel like media focusing on teenagers has really made it clear how teachers are often in on “popularity” and gossip! They are paying attention!
Sparkly hearts during A Guy That I’d Kinda Be Into and the rest of the cast peeks out from the curtains. It’s so cute

The costumes of the mall people are really wacky and it’s great

Tiffany SLAYED everytime she sang but she was absolutely fantastic in The Pitiful Children (though I feel like this goes without saying)
The Pants Song was THE BEST
Cameron is a great Mr. Heere and Mr. Reyes
When Michael comes into the hospital after Rich comes out, he says “hi Rich, bye (bi) Rich” and it’s SO FUNNY OMG
Voices In My Head made me so emotional because I didn’t want it to end but that song has helped me so much and aghhh
My legs were SHAKING when I met George, Cameron, and Anthony and since I’m short I got to the front!!!!!
I asked George for a hug and he said that he’s not allowed to touch any of us, but that he was hugging us all inside
People passed playbills up so everyone could get theirs signed and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN PEN (for BMC at least)
I was all giddy and excited and Anthony thanked me for loving this show and stuff and IIIIIII KEJSJFJEJEJF
