And this is referring to a fully plant-based diet. Veganism is about reducing harm "as much as possible and practicable". So yes, everyone with a moral agency can strive to reduce harm as much as possible. Which is what being vegan is about.

Stop using other people's circumstances to justify your own inaction.

Also stop saying POC and low income people cannot go vegan. Veganism is not inherently a white people thing, stop making it so. There are plenty of non-white, non-American/European vegans, myself being one.

Almost everybody is capable of recognising harm and injustice, and you saying that POC or low income people not being able to go vegan is extremely patronizing.

the fact that people respect the US constitution makes me insane. how can u honestly care what the people who wrote it thought. even as like, a conservative white man. they weren't your dads. they weren't god. they couldn't conceive of how the world would change and even if they could, they're dead and gone and people who are alive now should be allowed to assess their own needs... i dont fucking get it. it's genuinely a cult mindset. most of the world's constitutions were ratified in the last 100 years but the US' clocks in as the oldest on earth at 232 years old.

IDK how people think it’s possible to both meet the current demand for animal products while also raising all the animals “humanely” with all the space and medical attention they need.

Unless y'all wanna terraform a few more planets just to raise animals on, it’s not gonna happen. The more “ethical” the farm is, the less environmentally sustainable it is and vice versa.

But hey, there is an easy solution to be ethical AND sustainable! Just stop forcibly breeding animals just to be eaten or used in some unnecessary way!
