Once again this is just a bunch of my personal opinion and headcanons. Enjoy and feel free to leave your own opinions or headcanons!

𝓢𝓮𝓫𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓪𝓷 𝓢𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀

- quality time -

Sebastian is an overly social person, he prefers having his loved ones around him most of the time. It doesn't need to be much, there doesn't need to be physical contact or a conversation, simple company is enough, it's grounding to him. Doing homework next to each other and occasionally helping out, walking through Hogsmead with no goal or reading in the library together. If he knows you're there, he knows you're safe and you want to be with him.

𝓞𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓲𝓼 𝓖𝓪𝓾𝓷𝓽

- physical touch -

When he doesn't use his wand to navigate the world around him he uses his other senses, touch, taste, smell and hearing. Even though subtly, he enjoys tracing his fingers along your hands, brushing them through your hair and holding onto your arm when walking together. He kisses you to taste your lip balm, or just something uniquely you on his lips, he leans in closely to smell your perfume, and he listens to your rambling for hours, as if you were telling the most interesting stories in the world. He's not the most obvious with it, but he's always just a little too close for you to not notice him brushing his shoulder or knee against yours.

𝓟𝓸𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓢𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰

- acts of service -

Poppy's quick to lend you a hand, even if you didn't ask, it's in her nature to help others. She'll bend down and tie your shoe for you before you even notice it was open, she carries your books before you can think about picking them up and she holds back your hair when it gets in the way, even if it didn't really bother you. She shares everything, even her favorite things, and no work is too much if it's for a loved ones, think about work and she's already beside you.

𝓖𝓪𝓻𝓻𝓮𝓽𝓱 𝓦𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓵𝓮𝔂

- gift giving -

Garreth always finds something to give to you, whether it's a potion he experimented on, candy be bought just for you or flowers he picked up because they reminded him of you. It's plain and simple, if he cares, he'll make sure you have everything you need and more. Of course, he won't spend all his money on you, he doesn't have a lot, but does it really matter how expensive something is when he remembers your favorite colors, shops and flavors? He pays attention, subtly. Mention a tea you like? He'll make it the next time you're with him. Of course, besides that Garreth is the last person to shy away from open affection, physical and verbal.

𝓝𝓪𝓽𝓼𝓪𝓲 𝓞𝓷𝓪𝓲

- words of affirmation -

Natsai isn't afraid to speak her mind in many ways, that includes affection wise. She'd always be the first to tell you how proud she is of you, even over the seemingly insignificant things, how incredible you look, and how well you handle certain situations. She's glad to have you, and she makes sure you know so, but not to the point where it gets overbearing or her compliments start to feel insignificant, it's the perfect amount of reassurance you need to be confident in yourself.

𝓐𝓶𝓲𝓽 𝓣𝓱𝓪𝓴𝓴𝓪𝓻

- acts of service -

Amit is shy, he struggles finding the right words, and simply reaching out is too awkward for him. So, he tries his best to show you how much he adores you by always helping you the best he can. He helps you with your homework, even if it means spending hours trying to explain something to you, and he'll stay up all night telling you about all the star constellations, no matter how much he values his sleep. He's always ready to help you, even if he's not the best at a certain craft or class himself, he will help figure something out.

𝓐𝓷𝓷𝓮 𝓢𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀

- physical touch -

When you say something funny, Anne will wrap her arm around your shoulder, whenever you're pouting she'll pinch your cheek and if you look tired she brushes her fingers through your hair until you can sleep. It's instinctive, she enjoys having you close and would prefer if you were so all the time. It varies from pats on the back to full on, tight embraces, she's not afraid to show it.

𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓲𝓻 𝓼𝓬𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼 . · ˚ ✧

I've been seeing this trend with a lot of scenarios and memories, but wanted to use the website to put together how I think some characters smell. This is just my own opinion, enjoy!

⎯⎯ ୨୧ ୨୧ ⎯⎯

𝓢𝓮𝓫𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓪𝓷 𝓢𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀

Sebastian smells quite pleasant, talking to him you'll smell the faint leftovers of his mint toothpaste, or did he drink some mint tea earlier? He definitely wears cologne, not a lot, just enough for you to smell the scent of nature, if you closed your eyes and inhaled you might think you were inside a forest. Besides the intended smells there's leftovers of other things on him, such as chocolate, or just any sweets he's recently had, and the plain soap he uses.

𝓞𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓲𝓼 𝓖𝓪𝓾𝓷𝓽

You're standing just a little too close to Ominis, inhaling you'll smell something familiar to the old classrooms of Hogwarts. It seems these have stained him with the scent of the wooden tables he so often leans on and the parchment he's mindlessly scribbling on during lessons. Yet despite the old smell, there's also a breath of freshness, must be mint, from where though? Unimportant, more noticeable is the underlying, sweeter smell, sugary, hard to make out, fighting with the scent of what seems to be coffee.

𝓖𝓪𝓻𝓻𝓮𝓽𝓱 𝓦𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓵𝓮𝔂

Garreth smells strong enough for you to not need to be all too close. When he walks past you in the halls you'll catch a whiff of the chaos of scents that boy is. There's sweet, caramel, vanilla and candy, which of those is intentional? You can never tell if he's just had too much sweets or if it's some kind of cologne. Well, it drowns out the stink of potion ingredients, the only thing you can smell left of his experiments is the lingering smoke and something woody. On not so rare occasions he simply smells of butterbeer.

𝓝𝓪𝓽𝓼𝓪𝓲 𝓞𝓷𝓪𝓲

Natsai's smell is rather recognizable, with the mix of citrus fruits and cinnamon she reminds you of the later seasons of the year. It's clear the perfume she uses is expensive, or maybe it's self made? Underneath that is a mix of everyday things from around her, wax of candles that have been burning besides her for hours, leaves and nature from whenever she takes a stroll or visits Hogsmead, and the nuts she likes to snack on when hungry.

𝓐𝓶𝓲𝓽 𝓣𝓱𝓪𝓴𝓴𝓪𝓻

You're atop of the astronomy towers, a soft breeze blows past Amit and carries the scent of berries and a flowery tea to you. He wears no cologne of any sort, the smell comes from the things he surrounds himself with, so it's rather faint. You can imagine Amit burning incense in his dorm room, jasmine flowers. The more subtle smells are that of ink as he's writing down what he sees in the sky, his hands smelling like the metal of the telescope he's holding.

𝓟𝓸𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓢𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰

Poppy has made it clear she wears no perfume, it affects the way creatures perceive her and could mess up their sense of smell. Still, she doesn't smell bad either, natural, it's clear she spends a lot of time outside, grass and flowers she's walked through lingering on her. Besides that there's a clear smell of something sweet that fits her rather well. Get a little too close though and you'll smell the beasts she surrounds herself with, which is certainly not always pleasant.

𝓐𝓷𝓷𝓮 𝓢𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀

Anne carries the scent of her home and Feldcroft with her, even at Hogwarts. Chamomile, maybe from the flowers growing everywhere in the small town, or a cup of tea she's had recently. She smells warm and cozy, like reading a classical book while cuddled up in a warm, wool blanket, incense or a scented candle burning nearby.
