"Reyna is an emotionless robot-" Let me stop you right there. Reyna canonically broke down when she saw her dad's ghost. She cried over the death of Scipio(her pegasus). The possibility of Hylla dying made her feel like her heart was breaking in two.

She was so surprised when she heard Percy(and co) faced off Kronos she almost tripped on her toga. She had a heart to heart with Nico. Yes, Reyna is good at hiding her emotions(and doesn't show them very often) but that doesn't mean she doesn't feel them.

i know James is the kind of man who cries. he's not afraid to cry when sad or when too happy, he cried on his birthdays, when harry was born, when he saw lily at their marriage, at each death of the order on the war, when remus was in a serious condition after the full moon, when sirius told him about his abusive family, he's an empathic.

I imagine Wolfstar's primary way of arguing when they are living together isn't yelling but Remus aggressively folding laundry or wiping down a clean countertop while Sirius silently and methodically organizes the book shelves, putting Remus's books out of alphabetical order just to annoy him.

Oh no, this is SO hard because my brain basically lives in headcanons. Like, I have so many and come up with different ones every three seconds. But here are the first ones that come to mind:

Everything about them being each other's exception. Like how nobody can wake Sirius up without him hexing them, but Remus does it and Sirius wakes up fresh and happy. Or how Remus is all responsible and won't skip a class for anything, but if Sirius asks, he just can't say no to him.

They act like a married couple from 4th year onwards and everyone else is just watching like "???". They share food, bicker about domestic stuff, and have zero personal space. James and Peter are constantly third-wheeling their own best friends. But if you ask them, they are just "really close bros." It’s painful to watch but so funny.

Neither of them "fell first/harder"they are both equally pathetic. It wasn't a fall, it was a collision. Sirius worships the ground Remus walks on, and Remus thinks Sirius is a literal god among men. They are both simping 24/7. Just two idiots staring at each other thinking "I'm not good enough for him."

I love the idea that they find safety in each other because they are the only ones who truly understand what it’s like to grow up "wrong" or in pain. James is wonderful, but he grew up loved and happy. Sirius (abuse) and Remus (lycanthropy) both grew up surviving. They don't have to explain their bad days to each other because they just get it without words. They heal each other.

I feel like because of their backgrounds, they give each other exactly what they missed out on. Remus spent his whole childhood hiding and being afraid, so Sirius gives him adventure. He drags him into pranks, makes him break rules, and shows him that life is meant to be fun, not just survived. In return, Sirius spent his childhood in chaos and danger, so Remus gives him an anchor. He gives him stability, tea in the mornings, and a safe place to land. So basically Sirius teaches Remus how to live, and Remus teaches Sirius how to rest.

Hc that Sirius has an intense stare. It’s a pureblood intimidation tactic he learned from Walburga. He can make first-years cry just by looking at them.

But Remus never looks away.

Whenever Sirius gets intense or angry, Remus just holds his gaze. Calm. Honey eyes steady.

It drives Sirius crazy. It makes him feel stripped bare.

One day in the great hall, they get locked in a stare from across the table. Neither looks away for a full minute.

Sirius feels the heat rising in his neck. He feels dizzy.

Finally, he breaks eye contact and looks down at his plate, flushed.

"I win," Remus smirks, taking a bite of toast.

Sirius realizes that for the first time in his life, he doesn't want to intimidate someone. He wants to surrender.

I like the idea of Sirius needing glasses sometimes. He’s a little embarrassed about it when he has to put on his reading glasses. But Remus just looks at him with hearts in his eyes.
