These Frozen Hot Chocolate Popsicles are a fun twist on a classic winter treat. They combine the rich and creamy flavors of hot chocolate with the refreshing chill of popsicles. Perfect for both kids and adults!
Ingredients: 1 cup of milk chocolate chips. 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons of sugar. 1 1/2 cups of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows. Popsicle molds. Popsicle sticks.
Instructions: The milk chocolate chips should be melted in 30-second bursts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Mix the sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder in a different bowl. Stir the cocoa powder mixture into the melted chocolate gradually while stirring until thoroughly blended. After adding the milk and vanilla extract, stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Allow the blend to reach room temperature. Add the mini marshmallows and stir gently to distribute them evenly once cooled. Leaving a small amount of space at the top for expansion, pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick inside every mold. Freeze until fully frozen, preferably for 4 hours. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them before removing the popsicles. Present and savor!
