A warm and creamy chicken tetrazzini made in a slow cooker with soft chicken, mushrooms, and spaghetti cooked in a savory cream sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced. 8 oz sliced mushrooms. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 8 oz spaghetti, broken into pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced chicken should all be put in a slow cooker. Use a stir to mix. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put a lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is done and the flavors blend. Add the broken spaghetti about 30 minutes before you serve. Keep the lid on and cook until the spaghetti is soft. If the seasoning needs to be changed, taste it when it's done. Serve hot with chopped parsley on top. Have fun!
