• New Cocktails Promo Cards •

Well, after experimenting, creating new cocktails and adding them to the menu there is something very important we've got to do and that is sell!

I love table talkers because they make anything you want to sell look amazing and I quite enjoy taking photos of the new products we have and have a go to try to create something appealing.

This are some of the new cocktails table talkers and I'll upload some more later!

• New Cocktails •

After discovering different spirits the last couple of weeks and doing some more training and tastings is almost time to launch the new cocktails menu for the bar, before we didn't have a lot of tequila or mexican spirits based cocktails even though we are a tequila bar. We had tons of variations of Margaritas but that was it so I hope people like this new experiments. 

If the prices seem pretty high to you guys is because booze is quite expensive here in NZ.

This was amazing! I never expected all the regulars asking for their picture, everyday they'd come and check if their face was ready or not! Thankfully I am done with most of them and now it's time to make T-Shirts!

Can't wait to show 'em to them!!

• Regulars •

Some of my regulars being used as advertising! They loved it although I had to buy each of them a drink now I'm free to use their image.

Most of them are from a different country, have a different accent and drink a different refreshment! Also most of them love the fact of having their photo at their local!

• New Happy Hour •

It's almost a new year and we've got a new happy hour at work! It is very similar to the one we've had had over the years but because of the liquor laws changes we can not now sell alcohol for less than 25% off nor advertise anywhere. 

I totally forgot about it when created this new minimalistic promo cards.  Luckily it says nothing about publicizing them on my blog which is a great thing as it will make me blog more as I did at some stage.

• New Tequila •

After not blogging for about 3 months it's time to get back to this awesome bar work and sharing what I see or do everyday behind this bar while people get smashed. 

This is a photo of the new toy we just got delivered today, apparently it is an outstanding tequila with leather, plum, cinnamon and port flavours which I am more than ready to taste tonight, just gotta wait for "El Patron" to have the first shot as he dibbsed it!

Oh well, another week has gone by and this is the shot we were featuring at work. Funny enough this is the one which has take me the most time to develop as I wanted to add two Mexican made spirits and liqueurs.

This is also the one that we've sold the most, I don't know if its because of the cool colours or the coffee taste...

I see this people several times a week or sometimes even twice or three times a day. We talk and interact a lot so most of them have become close friends of mine so this is the way we appreciate them and their business by having them on our bar screen!

• HOSPOnights •

The truth is that in the hospitality industry everybody loves to drink after, during and before work the only problem we had with this is that the bar we used to drink at never looked after us so I came with the idea of creating a hospo club where we have a party every two weeks at a different venue in Mission Bay (Which is the area where my bar and many more are at).

This are the flyers of the past 3 parties and the upcoming one in about a week!
