I think my first meet prep cycle ever. Today was hard but really fun. 3rm snatch, 8rm back squat, different pulling drills and much more. Listened to my body on 6 hrs of sleep instead of pushing to failure. Definitely feeling fluffy after 2 weeks of all of the beer and food, but also feeling re-fed.
