Romance with a Class Difference
“Does your mother know you hang around these parts of town?” “Oh, after I told her I was on my way to see her future in-law, she stopped asking questions and began making flower arrangements.”
“You can't just buy me everything I mention in conversation!” “Why not? I have the money.” “Great for you. Doesn't mean I want you to waste it on stuff I don't need.”
“Why don't you just buy a new one?” “Do you know how ridiculous you sound? I don't have that kind of cash laying about.”
“How do you know I'm not just using you for your money?” “Oh, that's alright. After all, I'm just using you for your looks.” “Idiot.” “You started it, my dear.”
“Why did you storm out?” “I felt like an idiot with all your friends looking down on me!”
“You don't get it. People like you don't end up with people like me.” “The ring in my pocket begs to differ.”
“If anyone sees me here-” “Nothing will happen, because you are with me.”

Hey, just want to ask, what are some tips on a time loop story, and how to resolve it?
Hi :)
How to write a time loop
What is a time loop?
A time loop is a narrative device that repeats a specific period of time, trapping characters in a cycle. They will relive the same time period and the same events. Often one character is aware of the repetition and tries to change the events by changing their behavior in an effort to break the cycle.
Why should you use it?
At the core, a time loop story is about growth. The time keeps repeating itself, but the character grows from it.
So you should focus on:
Character growth
Escalating consequences
Discovery through repetition
Emotional or moral transformation
How to create a time loop
Your logic behind the time loop should be consistent. So you should think about rules. Doesn't need to be about why there is a time loop, important is the how it works part.
What triggers the loop?
When does it reset?
Who remembers the loop?
Can the protagonist die?
Can objects or information carry over?
Can other people enter the time loop or become aware of it over multiple time loops?
How can the time loop be broken?
While writing a time loop, going into detail for each one can be a bit boring for the reader. So focus on the first couple times to show the repetition and then skip over already established events and focus on what changes. You should make the reader feel like they are watching a never ending montage so that they understand the character's struggle, but don't actually make them read through all the details.
Each repetition should:
Reveal new information
Raise emotional stakes
Increase desperation or confidence
Push the character closer to transformation
A time loop should also involve a theme. The solution to the loop could be the embodiment of the theme from your character.
Themes you could use are:
Learning empathy
Accepting loss
Letting go of control
Facing guilt or trauma
Choosing others over self
Finally choosing themself over others
Different types of time loops
One Character Loop
Only one character is aware of the cycle repeating itself. This creates a deep feeling of isolation and internal conflict in the character. But it also shows the character's strengths.
Shared Loop
Multiple characters are aware of the loop, either working together or against each other. This can show team dynamics and handling of different goals. It can lead to either cooperation or betrayal.
Countdown Loop
Each loop that starts shortens or worsens. This creates a rising urgency to escape the loop. It can also include a set amount of retries for the character or it leaves open how many retries they have left and the character needs to be careful with each try wasted.
Death Loop
The loop keeps starting over again upon death. This loop has high stakes, brutal consequences, trauma, and creative problem-solving.
False Escape Loop
The character believes to have escaped the loop, but they actually didn't. It's giving plot twist, it's giving psychological horror, it's giving a very memorable ending to a traumatic story.
Ways on how to resolve a time loop
Internal Change
The loop ends when the protagonist becomes who they need to be. This is emotionally satisfying and a classic and powerful way to end the story.
External Fix
The protagonist solves a mystery, stops an event, or repairs a fracture in time. This is great for sci-fi stories or thrillers. Even though it's external, you should still connect it to the character's growth.
Sacrifice
Freedom requires giving something up. That can be memory, identity, love, or life. It's bittersweet, it's memorable, and it has a high emotional impact on the reader.
Acceptance
The loop ends when the character stops fighting it. This particularly works in existential stories and makes the story feel more philosophical. It can be satisfying, but it can also feel like the character giving up and accepting their fate.
Unresolved
There is no resolving it. The loop continues. But the meaning can have changed. This works best in horror. It's important that it feels intentional, purposeful. It needs to be thought-out, it can't appear to just be a lazy ending. You can end the story with the worst possible turn.
Have fun writing a time loop!

20 ways to show anger without screaming it
Anger is really easy to show in an argument: arguing, yelling, hitting people or things. As tension builts, anger rises, and once the argument is over, your character might still be angry.
Here are some ways you can show how anger builds or lingers.
Clenching fists, jaw or grinding teeth.
Tapping fingers or foot impatiently.
Giving short, clipped answers.
Forced or fake smiles.
Glaring or narrowed eyes. Rolling eyes.
Cold, sarcastic comments disguised as jokes.
Slamming doors or dropping objects.
Withdrawing from conversation or space. Or walking away mid-conversation.
Pacing or restless movement.
Muttering under breath.
Sudden, sharp gestures.
Ignoring someone deliberately.
Excessive cleaning or other nervous habits to distract themselves
Picking fights over trivial things.
Staring silently, making the other person uncomfortable.
Repeating the same point over and over again, or doing the same thing over and over again.
Controlling or micromanaging situations.
Using humor to mask irritation.
Cold touch (like a stiff handshake).
Writing or typing messages, then deleting them repeatedly.
How to Write an Unreliable Narrator
There are times when we all love a good unreliable narrator; there's just something about how warped their vision is--even if barely--that's absolutely enthralling.
However, when it's our turn to write such a character, it can become difficult to really bring out their unreliable-ness, especially when they're narrating the story because we (readers) have a tendency to assume the main character has pretty accurate perceptions.
Therefore, let's talk about how to bring out the bias, human, flawed judgement within a narrator in a way that's both obvious and subtle!
1. The Small "Unsure" Vocabulary
Step one is actually a very small yet major change, and all it really is is introducing uncertainty within your character's thoughts, observations, and inner dialogue.
It sounds complicated, but all I'm talking about is using phrases like "she thinks," "he isn't sure," and "they're pretty confident" to give your narrator more of a voice and most importantly, show that their standpoint is not 100% accurate.
There is a difference, although subtle, between "A is mad" and "He thinks A is mad."
2. Don't Be Afraid of Not Knowing
We like our characters to know things because it makes them seem capable and we think it's what the audience wants. However, there's also a beauty of not knowing. Contrary to what we may believe, a lack of knowledge doesn't translate to helpless, but it does make your characters feel a tad bit more unreliable. And that's what we're aiming for.
So don't be afraid of using "don't know." Your character can struggle to understand why their friend is crying. Or smiling. Or why they feel unsettled in a specific room.
3. Questionable Judgment Sometimes
An unreliable character is often just a more human character. They don't have to be unreliable because they're insane or weird; they can be unreliable because their beliefs, attitude, and emotions sway how they perceive reality a little too much.
Which means they will have biased, questionable judgment.
So let them take poor actions. Let them make mistakes. Let them make misunderstandings. Let them trust the friend they absolutely should not trust.
And they'll lie, against their better judgment, to protect themselves.
4. Conflicting Desires
These characters have contradictory desires. And it's not abnormal to be divided over two seemingly opposite wishes, but it presents indecisiveness and duality that make the reader realize "oh, they don't have everything figured out."
It can be something simple, like choosing between dieting to lose weight or giving in and eating a snack, or it can be something deeper. Like deciding whether to leave a friend because they're beginning to make you feel uncomfortable or staying because you've been friends forever and they might change.
Something as simple this sounds ineffective in theory, but it illustrates how your character thinks. That you character can't make perfect decisions.
5. They Miss Stuff
These characters will misunderstand. Will overthink. Will underthink.
There are times and situations where they look too deeply into simple words but can't read between the lines when it matters. They might overlook a friend's spiraling yet also might congratulate an ecstatic sibling with underwhelming enthusiasm.
Your audience will want to tug their hair out and reach into the pages to shake some sense into your character, but that's not a bad thing.
Because it shows your character isn't all-knowing. They miss stuff too, causing your readers to realize they can't solely rely on the narrator.
Remember! Unreliableness isn't necessarily a terrible thing. In each and every one of our lives, we're the unreliable narrator because we fall for bias. We can be close-minded. Self-centered. Neglectful. Unsure. We make bad calls.
That's what an unreliable narrator is.
Happy writing~
