My name is Alessandra. In August 2008 I left my native Brazil, my darling friends and family, and a promising attorney career to go after my dreams of a better world and take a master program in human rights law, in Sweden. In the next 3 years a lot happened! And, after living in Lund, Paris and Geneva, I arrived in Copenhagen, in the end of 2011,to share my life with my beloved Danish boyfriend. I love porridge and think it is the perfect winter breakfast 🍵 So, I try to invent one million different versions of it. This one I made using skimmed milk, chia and almonds. Then, I topped it with stir fried apples and cinnamon. I used a tiny bit of coconut oil, just to coat the skillet. I am so happy 👯🎉☺️My first time making homemade healthy dulce de leche worked! This is possibly the best dulce de leche I have ever tried. I used organic milk and a mix of vanilla, stevia, honey, sugar cane syrup and agave nectar. These last ingredients are more nutritious than plain white sugar. Btw, I used only 60% of the sugar suggested in most recipes. Of course it is still a sugary dessert. I'm still to discovery the super healthy dulce de leche formula. One day🙏🏻 #dulcedeleche _____________________________________________ 🇧🇷 Geeeeeeente! Que felicidade! Minha primeira tentativa de fazer doce de leite caseiro e saudável funcionou super bem! Foi o doce de leite mais gostoso que eu já comi -sim, a modéstia ficou aí no Brasil 😂Eu adicionei leite integral orgânico com uma mistura de baunilha, mel, melado e néctar de agave. @fitbit I do not recommend this product. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and was in love. I realized, though that it had a design problem: it unbucles very easily. 6 days after my purchase, I was checking the time and the watch was not there. Went back but did not find it. I liked it so much that I decided to buy a new one. The salesperson told me many people complain about this. So, I preferred to buy a product from another brand. Now I was researching and found that many, many people has the same problem and there is even an entrepreneur who made something called bitbelt, to keep the device in place. In Iceland, I went totally crazy on... SALT! Not only they have the super tasty, healthy and soluble lava salt, but they also have it marinated in different fruits, like blue berries. They say it delicious as finishing for lamb, but it can also be used for salads and cooked vegetables. I haven't tried yet, but am dying to! Will tell you how it tastes later. ------------------------------- 🇧🇷 Na Islândia, fiquei enlouquecida pelos sais.
