how are we living in a country where people can turn charlie kirk into a martyr for “exercising his free speech” (aka hate speech) but jimmy kimmel makes a joke about charlie kirk and donald trump using that same free speech and he gets taken off the air?

“free speech” is a load of bullshit. it’s only free speech when MAGA likes and agrees with what you’re saying. because in this country, genuine hate speech is closer to free speech than making a joke about trump “inventing a new stage of grief” is. it really says a lot.
