Ross the sweetest boy I know. Heās a spectacular worker and student. He goes out of his way for any of his friends, even ones he doesnāt speak to, heāll drop whatever heās doing and drive 500 miles if someone asks. Every chance he gets, heāll help anyone he can. However, he always refuses to ask for help himself, struggling, and after all the generous things heās done, heās never asked to be paid back or rewarded. Heās only 19 years old and had a terrible life growing up, from getting raped to going into foster care but he pushed to be better.
Recently, I found out back in January, he drove from North Texas to North Arkansas to help a friend, he hasnāt spoken to in three years, get his trailer when his friendās truck broke down.
However, on the way back, Ross asked if his friend could drive the last five hours back into Texas, so that he could rest in the passenger seat. When everything started going downhill for him. Rossā friend hit the back of a box truck in Oklahoma and crash the truck. Ross woke up in a panic and immediate jumped out pulling his friend out and ran to the box truck and helped them out. By the time he got back home, he found out he got a concussion and had a risk of brain bled. This took a strain on him because his work wouldnāt clear him for a month since he works with large machines and next to an air force base. His medical bills were costly since he had to take a lot of pain pills for his injuries.
He did manage to get back to work but unfortunate only because he lied to his doctor about the concussion not affecting him anymore. Which still worries me even after 3 months because he comes from work exhausted and still gets migraines. After he found a used truck to buy, he used all his savings and pulled money from his 401K to get it. He skipped days from eating and walked to work just to save money.
Unfortunately, heās struggling financially, even though heās working overtime constantly. Working 7-day weeks, nearly every week he can. Right now, Iām asking you to help him. His best friend from high school, then his grandmother, a family friend, and his uncle, all recently passed away in the last month. However, he canāt make it to the funerals because he canāt afford the gas to go down to San Antonio because he canāt even afford groceries after he pays his bills this upcoming month. I canāt even help him because Iām living almost paycheck to paycheck to help him out.
So, Iām writing this to ask for you guys to help him out and raise money, so I can get him to San Antonio next week and to have food for the next two weeks. Please help. I just need to reach about $170 before May 3rd. Please, Iām begging for help.
