Did it feel like you were doing us and the world a favor when you pulled the trigger? Could you feel the bullet tear through every crevice and vein composing the muscle that is your brain? What did it feel like as it tore through your pineal gland, that eye you failed to use? What a cheap exit from the problems you made; the exit you made that removed everything but problems. So much chaos and pain, you removed hope and love, motivation and trust. You created a will in I to trust that all I love will self-destruct. You created a sick hope that the things I cherish will have but one motive, and that is to betray my crutch. I hope you saw what it did to your mother, that twisted disease you released found our whole family, and me. She refused to believe the body in that casket was the flesh she conceived. Denial so strong she truly believed the idea you had run away, denial so strong she FELL DOWN 3 days later and died, and the only fucking thing that rose again was the reality of your dicease. I still remember what your brains looked like. So pink, I swear it was gray. Yet far from as dark as the hole you left in me. How pale your face was as I saw those idle eyes one last time pales in comparison to the despair we have the luxury to bask in.

But my love and pain has saturated enough in the crimson blood you bled. I forgive you, for every morbid and disgusting choice you let. I made amends with the trespass of your sins, and I love you despite all of the shit you did. Because of you, I learned how a woman deserves to be led. I know how to treat my children based off of the horrible things you said, and I'll never be the parent you were, because I know how it feels when you do your worst. Your utter absence has become your total presence, and for that I praise you for the father you've been.
