WARM UP My favourite exercise in @samcaterhoop's class. Mainly because I can do it xD I'm always pleasantly surprised how smooth I can do this when there are so many other conditioning exercises I struggle with. I do need to stop spinning around though. It means one side of my body is slacking. #roomforimprovement Almost two years ago now, teachers were lifting me onto the hoop and trapeze because I had no strength to get myself up on my own. It was clunky, messy, and disheartening. But I kept trying. Now I love it when beginners tell me I'm strong because I can tell them if they keep it up, they can do it too. I'm proof. Stick with it. The act of pulling yourself up even if you don't go up will engage the right muscles.
