An update to this post
The fundraiser linked in my the previous post about Majd and his family is no longer active. I reached out to the organiser of the fundraiser to ask about the status of the fundraiser and she said this:
Hello Isabelle,
The campaign is deactivated since I could no longer manage the transfers due to my work load, so Majd now has a new campaign under a different organizer. However, if you are concerned that your funds haven’t reached Majd, I can assure you that all the funds that were donated to this campaign was sent to him in Gaza and he approved the closing of the campaign for another one. Here is the new campaign if you’d like to donate:
