guess whos back, back again

yo i made a post before and i was able to raise about 500+ dollars, but donations have completely stopped, and i really need help.so im gonna try again since it did gain traction last time.

im kaden, a mentally ill lgbt poc. my family has been abusive for years, ever since i was 5 years old. it was physically at first, (i have several scars) and have stopped since i was 10, but the emotional and verbal/mental abuse still continue. my parents refuses to get a therapist who isn’t christian, they’re hyperreligious and lgbtphobic, even resorting to sending my sibling to conversion therapy when they found out they were gay. they are controlling and suffocating, locking me out of my own bank account and looking through/taking anything they dont like.

i cant live like this. im constantly depressed and unhappy. by May next year, i want to have enough money to move out and begin a life of my own with my boyfriend. i’m tired.  i want to take control of my own life, and i want to be happy.

If you're binding please stretch, take a deep breath and please don't bind more than 8 hours, please, and don't bind with ace bandages or tape, you want your ribs healthy for the top surgery you're gonna get (if you're wanna get it. if you don't, that's great) . yo my mate passed this down to me so im gonna be a lad and pass it out to all you fellas out there tryna pass more, coconut oil is liquid gold. you get it in a solid block and put it in warm water to melt it in the jar, but you get the idea. and its super cheap. you can get it for £3 in superdrug and boots in the uk. rub it on your face and leave it overnight and it does wonders for facial hair growth for pre t dudes, ive only used it twice now but i’m already getting a tiny moustache. its lit.

diy for when you're feeling disphoric and/or suicidal

this is what i call "happy pills"

-get a jar (size doesnt matter)

-get paper, scissors, something to write with

-cut the paper in small pieces

-write compliments to yourself, name/pronoun validation, and tasks to distract you ("go outside" "eat something" "read a book" and things like that) in each piece

-put the paper in the jar

-you can also take the original labels of the jar and put a new one with phone numbers of your parents, therapists, friends, etc.

-you can also ask your supportive friends and family to write some of the things so when you see them it'll remind you they love you a lot

when you're feeling dysphoric/suicidal, you will have something that will remind you how valid and beautiful you are, distract you (at least temporarily) from the pain and if it doesn't work, remind you to call someone
