types of stard

this is oddly close to real âardâ is a real suffix in the english language just like âlyâ or âifyâ, it just isnt common enough for us to notice its usage. âardâ means âtoo muchâ or âtoo easilyâ so âmustardâ is something that is âtoo pungentâ, just as âwizardâ is someone who is too wise, âcowardâ is someone too easily cowed, and âdrunkardâ is someone too often drunk
this implies that âbastardâ is someone who is too âbastâ and this needs experimentation and research
Are you fucking serious omg
This is pretty much correct. According to the OED bastard is from Old French and the bast- part means âpack saddleâ which was used as a bed by mule drivers, giving the phrase fils de bast, a child conceived on the pack saddle instead of the marriage bed. In English it becomes bastard, the -ard being a pejorative. It is the same one as wizard and coward and drunkard.

Oh i read your tag. You call yourself sex positive while at the same time ridiculing habits of people who become more sexually provocative as they get more comfortable with their body. You can say thatâs not what youâre doing but your post is written in a condescendingly mocking tone so im not buying. According to the notes im not the only one who picked up on that.
You and I are seeing different notes, I guess. Whatever. Not arguing with someone who doesnât actually know me on this site Iâve barely looked at in 6 months.

I think this is very important, because a lot of people think that being an ally is just not saying queerphobic things or defending a queer friend when someone insults or attacks them. To me, being an ally means youâre one all the time. Specially when thereâs no queer folk around, because itâs not about proving yourself to the community, itâs about being supportive and doing whatâs right, like they did. This asshole showed who he really is behind that smile, and theyâre basically like âWell, you ainât getting money from me, so fuck you and your dumb beliefsâ. To me, THIS is how you ally.
Absolutely.
Pay attention all you dumb fucks still eating at Chick-Fil-A.
contemporary roman writers slutshamed julius caesar thatâs your ides of march fact for today
what an absolute unit olâ iulius was
how could you write this and not say WHY he was getting slutshamed
julius âhusband to all wives and wife to all husbandsâ caesar was a thirsty, thirsty bottom
suetonius: i heard that caesar was a big slut and also he liked buttsex and oral
cicero, to the gathered senate: CAESAR TAKES IT UP THE ASS
for historical context, cicero publicly called out jc for bottoming for king nicomedes of bithynia. they first met when caesar was 20, the king was at least twice his age. i am not saying sugar daddy but sugar daddy. the sex was so good that when nicomedes died he left his entire kingdom to rome, i am not making this up this is t r u e
listen itâs one thing to slut shame Caesar, but Cicero went around speculating in public about Caesar and the king doing it on a âgolden couch arrayed in purpleâ where âthe virginity of the one sprung from Venus was lost in Bithyniaâ so I donât think good old Iulius is the only one whoâs got to ask himself some serious questions here.
Julius Caesar was stabbed for being a bottom, please share for bottomâs rights

Millennials are Killing the Bed Frame Industry: Feminist Edition
Getting a $50 bed frame that gets your mattress off the floor will extend the life of your mattress. You sweat when you are sleeping and it seeps into the mattress. A lot of it evaporates from the surface, but some goes down in deeper. Over the years you could end up with mildew and rot at the bottom of your mattress. God forbid you have carpet under it, that would need replacing too. If your mattress has air flow under it, it will evaporate from both sides instead of mildewing.
I donât think anyone ever told me why you get a mattress frame, that makes so much sense.
I always just thought it was for the under-bed storage space
Happy groundhogs day!! Be reckless.
Writing idea:
A young woman wants an abortion. She contacts the local clinic, which sheâs only ever heard about online. People in her community, they hate the clinic, but sheâs desperate. The clinic gives her an address where sheâll meet the clinic escort that will guide her to the entrance.
She arrives at a cafe to meet a woman wrapped head-to-tow in layers of clothing. Scarves, hoodie, dark sunglasses. She speaks with a vaguely European accent. Â
âYou must walk ahead of me,â she says, âand do not look back. You may feel like you are alone, but I will be right behind you. But you must not look at me.â
The young woman asks what to expect.
âMost days, it is an uneventful walk. It has been a quiet day. Some days there are many people here shouting things or attempting to sway you. If they were here, I would walk beside you and hold your hand. But today is not one of those days. If you have not been here before, you will see evidence of past ... protests ... Try not to let it upset you.â
As they leave the cafe and begin to walk, the escort falls behind her. âWe will turn down the street on your right. The clinic will be halfway down the block. I am with you, do not be afraid.â
She makes the turn and has a moment to take in the scene. Itâs odd, she thinks, that they would make sculptures like that. An angry woman screaming and swinging a sign like a weapon. A bearded man in the act of throwing something, rage on his face. A preacher in robes, his arms aloft with a bible and a shotgun in each hand.
She walks quickly toward the entrance, troubled by the kind of clinic that would immortalize protestors in this way. She begins to shake.
âThey are the ones who meant violence. Only those. The ones who come with words are bad, but only a nuisance. They mostly keep their distance now. But sometimes they intend to harm. I have had a long time to learn how to tell the difference.â
She notices one other person on the block. A teenage boy in the uniform of a delivery company, carrying a box. He meets them at the entrance. Can you have them buzz me in, he asks.
âThey do not accept deliveries here,â she replies. âThere is a facility where packages go before coming here. You should know this.â
He says he doesnât know about this and he just wants to finish his job.
âYou will not be admitted. Take your delivery back to your boss. They will know where to send it.â
His face twists in anger. Before she can react, his hand has grabbed her arm. He pulls her to him. There is a knife. In the scuffle, she grabs accidentally at the box, ripping off a piece of cardboard. The blood rushing to her ears, she doesnât really hear what he says. Something about baby-killers.Â
Then there is a sound like the hum of a large truck rolling down a street. She smells campfire and wet rock like a cave. The world grows cold and still.
âYou must close your eyes and keep them tightly shut while I help you free.â
She squeezes her eyes as gentle hands guide her out of the twisted embrace of the delivery man. He does not move. He feels rough.
She hears a buzzer. A door opening. The hands guide her inside then let go. She hears the door close behind her.Â
Soon there are others there, telling her she can open her eyes. She fills out forms, people talk to her with kindness. She is afraid to ask what happened out there, but eventually she does. Before her procedure, she learns the story of her escort. She would not believe it if she hadnât been there. She asks if the escort will be there when she leaves. She is told itâs possible, but unlikely. A different escort will probably be waiting. This one only comes very occasionally. When it seems to matter. But sheâs always watching and theyâve learned to trust her when she appears. She has saved many lives. Â
Some time later, her abortion finished, she is ready to leave. A kind middle-aged woman with a short-cropped haircut meets her near the entrance. She will walk her to wherever she needs to go to catch a cab or bus home.
As they exit, the young woman looks around and sees it. The new statue. A delivery man with a knife and a torn box. It has been moved away from the buildingâs entrance, joining its siblings along the street as silent warnings to those who would bring harm. She has to see. She walks close to it and peers into opening. She doesnât know what a bomb looks like, especially one made of stone, but sheâs confident that she is looking at a bomb.Â
She wonders if it would make things worse or better if people knew. Gorgons are considered monsters and people who think abortion is evil will certainly see it as more evidence they are correct. Or would they learn another lesson about mistreated women who protect each other?
