Brittana fans got such shit back in the S3 era for having the NERVE to mention Klaine when talking about unequal treatment on the show.
Because the fact is... Klaine's on-screen representation wasn't... great. In the S3 era, they got to kiss or otherwise interact as a couple during Very Special Episodes and that's it...
But Brittana didn't get an on-screen kiss until MID SEASON 3, and they had been a going concern since SEASON 1. Plot focus on their relationship was minimal too, compared to Klaine where they at least got several episodes by that point about their RELATIONSHIP rather than just them as individuals...
And when Brittana fans pointed that out, Klainers LOST it... Like, it was usually in the form of "Now, I know that Klaine is still getting table scraps... But Brittana is getting given NOTHING even in comparison to Klaine." Klaine fans took that as an attack.
To be fair, Klaine stans take everything as an attack. And yeah, I remember that. I liked Klaine at that point but I wasn’t an active stan, and I remember seeing what Klainers were doing and being like “what the fuck is wrong with y’all”. Like they would attack ANYONE who dared say anything that could be construed as negative. Even though “Brittana is given nothing even compared to Klaine” isn’t even an attack on Klaine or saying that Klaine should get less, it’s an attack on the writers for not treating their queer couples the same way they treat their straight couples. But again, Klaine stans never actually cared about representation, did they?

Okay, I'm not on mobile now, so I can actually type this:
For me, the breaking point for Blaine was in the S4/5 hiatus. I think I've mentioned this before, but it wasn't even so much Blaine himself as a character that precipitated this, but just the DEGREE of harrassment from his stans that led to a LOT of Kurt multishippers just completely abandoning Klaine because of fandom politics.
(Add into that, even at the time of late S4 I was of the opinion that "Maybe Kurt and Blaine could work things out, but they need to completely start from scratch, not jump into an engagement.")
... So anyway, I never watched S5b when it first aired. I'd stepped back from the show after 5x03, and was only peripherally familiar with the rest of S5 and the only S6 episode I watched before 2021 was Child Star because someone recommended the Spencer/Alistair plotline to me.
All of which is to say: DEAR GOD S5b Blaine is possibly the worst I've ever seen him.
I can come up with justifications for a lot of his S2 actions... his S3 actions except for the assault... his S4 actions aren't great, but like... Everyone on Glee cheats, it's not a specific issue with Blaine... But his S5b actions?! Jesus tapdancing Christ I hate him there.
Just the back-to-back onslaught of that Blaine & Elliott plot, then the Bash/Tested double-bill... I'm sorry, I just CANNOT forgive Blaine for Tested.
(And yes, Kurt wasn't... entirely reasonable in Tested, either... but Blaine was WAAAAY worse and in WAY more ways.)

Seconds, I completely agree. Personally, my breaking point was between season 3 and 4. Or, well, technically season 4 had started but it came to Sweden months later so I knew Blaine cheated thanks to the internet but the season hadn't technically begun for us yet.
You're completely correct, season 5 and especially 5b is where he becomes completely unforgivable. Whilst I do hate him in every season, I think if the show had ended at the end of season 4 I could've still seen an argument for him not being that much worse than anyone else.
But in Tested he straight up ADMITS to wanting Kurt to vulnerable and dependent on him. Like he tells the audience that "Hey, I don't feel comfortable in a relationship where my partner is equal to me and I want to have all the power. Yup, that's me, I'm an abuser." How in the hell can you watch that and still be pro-Blaine afterwards??? The length to which Blaine stans will bend over backwards to justify liking him is just absolutely wild to me.
(I will also say that one of my least favourite individual Blaine moment is when Kurt breaks up with him and he says that he'll "never forgive you for this." Forgive him for what, Blaine??? Not staying in an abusive relationship???)
Also, on the note of Blaine and Klaine stans harassing people: Never in my entire life have I seen that level of harassment within any other fanbase. Like they will straight up go onto the accounts of people who don't like B/Klaine and ask why they don't like them just so they can tear their reasoning down and try to convince you to like B/Klaine. Idk man, maybe if you need to bully people into liking your faves then your faves might just suck. At this point, I'm just convinced that the reason why they harass people the way they do is because they're trying to assure themselves that they're in the right.

Sebastian goes to the bathroom and Karofsky takes the opportunity to slide over to Kurt.
"He's totally into you you know..."
Kurt: "Good God, don't sneak up on me like that."

…
Sebastian: “But just out of curiosity, what makes you think he likes me?”
Karofsky: I went to school with him for years... And we've hung out... I know what he looks like when he likes someone he thinks he isn't allowed to.
Sebastian: ... This is very interesting. I am sure I will use it to mock him relentlessly and for no other purposes.

Why shouldn’t their be billionaires? That makes no sense.
Because the existence of billionaires is predicated on the exploitation of human labor and unsustainable environmental harm. That level of wealth hoarding is harmful to economies, as it reduces the amount of money in circulation. No one person, no family, could ever conceivably even SPEND a billion dollars anyway, and it is inherently immoral to accumulate wealth so narrowly while so much of the world lives in abject poverty.
Better then to create a wealth ceiling, a point at which all wealth over a certain point is taxed at or very near 100% to incentivize people to actually spend their money rather than hoard it, stimulating the economy and bettering the lives of far more people. Better even still to create and regulate economic systems that protect workers and the environment in a way that such extreme levels of wealth accumulation aren’t even feasible.
The problem with this is that it reduces the incentive to actually do fiscally well. What’s the point of starting a business if you can’t become wealthy?
There is a very real difference between “reasonably wealthy” and A BILLIONAIRE
No one is saying you shouldn’t have a nice house, we are saying that having multiple really, really ridiculously nice houses while your employees are either homeless or at serious risk of becoming homeless is immoral.
I’ll never understand why this concept is hard for people. I think it’s because they can’t actually fathom how much $1 Billion is.

Let’s say you have a badass job. A great job. You make $100 AN HOUR. You work 10 hours a day ($1000 A DAY), 5 days a week ($5000 a week!!!), every week ($20,000 A MONTH), thats $240,000 Every Year.
It would take you 4,167 years to make a billion dollars.
Keep in mind then, that if you got paid $1000 an hour, 10 hours a day, five days a week, every week, all year, it would still take over 400 years to make a billion.
You want to make one billion in a human lifetime? If you made $10,000 an HOUR, 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, every week, all year, it would take you 41 years to hit a billion.
(And that’s not counting, ya know, money you spend to stay alive on food or rent or anything. )
Jeff Bezos currently has 140 billion dollars.
