Smtimes your house is haunted because there's a ghost sometimes your house is haunted because you miss grandma and your mom misses her even more sometimes your house is haunted because the subtext of how the last owners decorated rubs you wrong way sometimes your house is haunted because you've sublimated the fact that you didn't want to move in the first place and Sometimes your house is haunted because there's a carbon monoxide leak. why don't you sit down and think about how ronan consistently dreams different vessels to hold all of the emotions (that his father (dreamer?) desperately packed into him) that are just too fucking big to be held inside his feeble mortal form. maybe if the night horrors hold all his self-hatred they can just rip him to pieces and he can be done with it maybe if Matthew holds all of his joy and utter thoughtless wonderment for the world he can look at him and actually love himself maybe if Bryde holds all his disdain and anguish and anxiety and ambition he can finally DO something about all of that maybe Bryde can figure out what the hell to do about all of this because he certainly can't. Why don't we all just have a mental breakdown maybe.

do u think. post trk. ronan is back at that store and he sees that snowglobe and for some reason he feels compelled to buy it. he doesn't know why, but something is tugging on the back of his shirt and telling him to. and back at the barns in the sunlight the glitter is so bright and alive and it feels like someone else would love this but he can't place who and it bothers him to no end so he just shakes it again and watches the glitter fall and revels in the feeling of almost.
