1. Xie Lian (martial god, 800 years of fighting experience, knows when not to fight and when to utterly destroy someone)

2. Hua Cheng (supreme ghost king, no mercy, very smart)

3. Luo Binghe (demon king, protagonist halo, would still lose against XL and HC because they’re smarter, like let’s face it LBH is kind of a himbo)

4. Shen Qingqiu (simply because he’s immortal and could run away until LWJ and WWX died of old age)

5. Wei Wuxian and Lang Wangji (the fact that they’re human gives their story the highest stakes and I love that but it also means they’re squishy)
