[v2.0 Release] Minecraft crafting guide app

Hi there!

I've finally decided to update my Minecraft Crafting Guide application according to the release of Minecraft 1.0.

My guide now features all crafting recipes from the game of Minecraft.

CHANGELOG:

1. New item class "Enchant/Brew" added with all of the enchanment and brewing items listed in items dropdown.

2. Due to feedback - User interface changed a little, now there is no "Craft" button, it automatically appears when user selects an item they wish to view.

3. New items added > Food, 

"Melon seeds", 

"Melon block", 

"Pumpkin seeds".

4. New items added > Misc, 

"Gold ingot",

"Nether fence".
