It's really starting to grind my gears a bit that they cannot bring themselves to officially lay down the law on which ending of DotO is canon as to the events of TVT - because, like, if the Outsider died that's one thing but if he lived, and they refuse to say that he did not so he very well might have, Billie apparently just. dropped him off at the nearest truck stop and left. I get Billie isn't the most maternal type and I'm not calling for her to adopt him or anything and also I get that she's kind of busy during the main events of this book (trying to prevent the world from ending and all that jazz) but there's like a year between DotO and the events of this book where she was just hanging out. Please check on the twink you left in the Karnaca McDonald's ball pit please Billie he misses you and I don't know if he knows how money works
