Mexican Chipotle Veggie Sausage Burrito, on a Sundried Tomato Wrap. This Burrito was really good. I sautéed the veggie sausage in coconut oil and added colorful peppers. In the burrito I included a light layer of brown rice, veggie sausage, spinach, a sprinkle of goat cheese and avacado mixed with white pepper.
