the benefit to having 13 year olds on social media is that if I had no ability circa age 13 to interact with the world outside of my isolating family unit, I would have straight up killed myself as a teen. the end. especially in a time where the freedoms of connection and communication that the internet brings are obvious to everyone, I would never want to close anyone off from that.

tbh at this point the only interesting turn GH could take with all the Portia/Curtis/Jordan mess would be to drop Curtis altogether and let Portia and Jordan hatesex their issues out.

I have so much appreciation and love for people who have uploaded clips and contributed to the digital archive of soap operas and for people who carry that on to this day. I find it amazing that I can go on YouTube and delve into a GH character’s history and storylines and watch years long worth of clips or rewatch storylines and relationships. People who also create long compilations of a specific storyline should be mentioned too!

i really like this thing where websites will have separate "log in" & "sign up" buttons and if you click "log in" it takes you to a sign-up screen anyway so you have to click "i already have an account" and then it will ask if you want to sign in with your facebook account or with instagram or linkedin or deviantart or whatever, and if you choose "username & password" it asks if you want to put in your username or use your thumbprint, and once you put your username & password it emails you a confirmation code, and once you put in the code it says "do you want to give us your phone number for future sign-ins? do you want to sign up for facial recognition? do you want to give us your bones? give us your fucking bones?
