i have seen the movie and watched a few episodes if the cartoon, but i personally prefer the musical, because 1. i like musicals and 2. i can relate to the characters more

I have also seen the movie and the cartoon and I did enjoy watching them even if there was parts that I didn’t enjoy very much but I still personally enjoy the musical more as I just enjoyed the characters more in the musical then I did in the movie or cartoon.
