i’ve started a fundraiser to try and get my wife a new laptop. she’s had the same one since 2015 and it’s bit the dust. i’ve been the sole provider for our family since 2023 for a number of reasons (unemployment, disability, burnout, etc) and i am just not capable of saving money to get the laptop she wants. i know there’s cheaper options, and if we don’t hit the goal, we’ll reconsider what we purchase but i’d really love to be able to get it.
