Wait for it! Just wait for it, you handful of McQ people on here!
I’m listening to the new McQ podcast and he is right back to emo. I get it
McQ emo moments comp
Yeah… I was listening to this last evening and he brings me such hope, and depression, with the ‘upcoming movies’ talk, but he’s obviously insanely right about the state of the industry and how the studios want sequel-slops
I personally hate how they were talking about 8/9 movies they were working on last year, even Tom saying “Much more to come” at the Saturn Awards, and now McQ is going down to 3.. it’s still understandable but I hope that’s just his emo nature speaking and they end up being able to make their projects 🤞🛐
(We already know he’s this dramatic and emo and pessimistic guy tho but like, jesus)
Goshhhh, he's so right about the state of the industry...
Also which podcast is this? Haven't listened to it yet

365 movies a year
May 2026 - 31/365 (total: 63/365)
31 movies in May! I can't believe I actually managed to watch that many movies. There were many good, even great, movies I watched but these are my...

Anyone else crying over a sentient great pacific octopus, a stubborn cleaning lady, and a doofus millennial man child, or is it just me?

i didn't know which version to post, so here's both

@yoshifan456 on the missing wedding ring:
I think he usually wears it on his left hand and since this is a selfie the sides are swapped so we actually see his right hand here.
For example (and definitely not an excuse to post pictures of him):
Here it's on his left hand:
Here it's not visible (because this is another (kind of) selfie so sides are swapped):

To my mutuals I wanna get to know ya!
So tell me one random fact about yourself?
Doesn’t have to be anything big just a random little fact or story
Here’s mine: I have met county singer Lee Ann Womack before when I was a little kid
she was performing at a charity concert for the rehabilitation center for kids with special needs and cerebral palsy that I went to for most my childhood and me and my sister got to sit on the stage as she sang her hit song“I hope you dance”
I remember she was really nice and signed a photo for us but here’s the embarrassing part..
You know how celebrities have craft services backstage? Like food they like and all that?
My dad ate most of the food that they had set up for her and her band while she was performing on stage..like a whole tray of thumbprint cookies before my mom told him to stop it
It’s still talked about in my family every time we hear her music
But yeah that’s my random fun fact about myself
Feel free to add yours

Thanks for tagging me! I'm awfully inactive here at the moment so thanks for thinking of me!
Anyway, a fun fact about me? Let me think... well, I don't think I have such an elaborate story to tell... but this could be interesting... maybe?
My husband and I will move into a house of our own in October and it's not just me but he also really likes watching movies so we already decided to put up some framed movie posters on the walls. In the living room we have space for about four posters and of course, Top Gun Maverick has already claimed one spot. I guess Tom Cruise will be watching us in the future :D

I love that the only two confirmed people Tom took on a joyride in the P-51 are:
-Jennifer Connolly, because she played Tom's character's love interest in Top Gun: Maverick.
-Christopher McQuarrie, because Tom just wanted to I guess...
If you see this on your dashboard, reblog this, NO MATTER WHAT and all your dreams and wishes will come true.
Oh hey! Haven’t seen this in forever! Didn’t reblog it when it came across me before, not gonna skip it this time, I need some good vibes.
