Please help me find this fic!!

Ok so I've been searching for hours and it's driving me mad. Maybe someone elle remembers this fic and proves I did not hallucinate it.

It's a completed work, multiple chapitre, alternate universe.

If I remember correctement, Tim has a new job in a restaurant owned by Bruce and at least Damian, Cass and Jason work there. He can't speak loudly at all and Damian makes fun of him for that until he says it's because of a medical condition (?). He has to set alarms to remember to eat but has to leave his watch in his locker, weird détail but in a late chapiter (maybe the last one), they lock Tim in a room until he eats and maybe sleeps.

Tim runs a food truck that delivers meals to familles in need, I think it's set during covid (?)

He also his a meta, there's a battle, I think?
