not having the best day so i decided to listen to tscosi again and realized i literally know some parts of the first season by heart word for word lmao

not to be cheesy but in between all the terrible things we're currently doing as humanity nowadays, it is still unbelievably cool that i can learn about literally anything from anywhere, like i dropped out of linguistics and study design now, but i can still listen to multiple podcasts about the topic and learn about languages And watch youtube tutorials on how to cook foods i've never seen before or do stained glass.

not to mention i get to learn all of that while listening to all different kinds of music everywhere??

with everything being a data collection machine training ai these days it's easy to take the bits of modern life and technology that are genuinely marvellous for granted, so it's nice to remember that there's lots of people using all these crazy inventions to spread knowledge and kindness and creativity.
