Hello! My name is Lily & I sell stickers on Etsy! I know that a lot of people do but… I’d love to explain WHY I sell stickers (amongst other things)!
When I was a teenager (I’m 32, turning 33 in a month) I had a best friend and we dreamed a stationery company - it was to be named … something I won’t repeat just incase it does one day come true. Anyway, the point is… it’s always been my dream to create and sell stationery! Finally, years later, I am fulfilling that dream!
It would mean the world to me if you could please check my Etsy out!
https://lilyrosemilk.etsy.com
I also have a Patreon where I post much more in depth updates and process pictures!
💕Craft and Art from a Kintsugi Heart 🏺
I really, really want my dreams to come true but I can’t do it without you (literally) so… if you love stickers, washi tape, digital downloads or glitter… I’ve got you 😘 All profits go into restocking AND monthly donations to Canteen!
There is so much more to tell you but I don’t want to ramble on: let’s just say there are big things ahead and I don’t want you to miss out on them!
P.S. here is some of my glitter!
Hey gurl do you love journalling but atleast create a journal in theme black or pink pls i love your journals so much
Hey lovely! I hadn’t thought of doing a colour themed journal but I definitely can! Which colour would you like me to do? 😊 P.S. I post a lot more journaling content on TikTok and Patreon! 💕 and also, thank you so much for your kind words!
There are so many secret pockets in this travelling journal 😍
This is my first journal for my project The Travelling Journal. I’ve built a website that links people all over the world into groups for SOTTJ groups!
If you’re interested or curious, please send me a DM! 😍
Trigger Warning: there are graphic images of a very sick cockatoo in this post. Please be aware.
I’ve been lucky enough to be visited by some beautiful King Parrot fledglings! They are so, so, so cute ❤️🦜
Today I left out some gum blossoms and some sunflower seeds for them! I also left them out for the cockatoos 😍
They are such a beautiful pair ❤️ they literally spend every waking hour (or the hours I’m awake at least) together! They hang out in a tree in my backyard.
I love the wildlife that visits me in my backyard but… a few days ago I was confronted by something really, really awful. It was a very sick cockatoo.
Please be warned that I’m about to show you graphic photographs of a very sick bird.
This cockatoo, who we named Spirit, suffers from a disease called Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease (PBFD). We called the RSPCA and they took great care of us. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to catch Spirit but we have set up a cage to try and get him or her. It could take a few months but I’m okay with that.
The RSPCA volunteers were absolutely amazing and helped us so much. We set up a cage (a dog crate) on the deck next to the bird bowl and they taught us how to use a long rope to trap the bird when it comes back.
The sad, sad, inevitable, crushing thing is that when we do catch Spirit, the beautiful bird will have to be eauthanised. The scary thing is that Beak and feather disease is HIGHLY contagious amongst birds of Australia. One sick Spirit cockatoo indicates many others. It doesn’t just affect cockatoos - rainbow lorikeets are susceptible, so are many other birds.
The disease is incredibly deadly, comes on slowly and is chronic. The poor birds in the wild can’t do anything to prevent the spreading but WE can! If you spot a bird like this, call the RSPCA. They need to be removed from the flocks of our beautiful birdies.
I don’t have any disgust, anger or hate towards Spirit. In fact meeting Spirit was, hands down, one of the most saddening things that I’ve ever encountered. Spirit was trying so hard to do the right things, like rubbing his elongated beak on trees… eating… grooming… but Spirit couldn’t actually do those things properly. Spirit has no crest feathers. It’s so, so sad.
I didn’t actually mean for this post to BE sad. I wanted to show you the fledglings but … I couldn’t stop thinking about Spirit.
I know if you care about animals and nature the way I do, you’ll understand ❤️
Above are some fun photos of king parrots and cockatoos hanging out (Mr King is IN MY CHAIR)!
Funnily enough, as I was writing this, two cockatoos landed and I’m feeding them some sunflower seeds! There is also a bush turkey named Linky here. We call one cockatoo Rumplepuff-Chin and the other Lady of The Land (Lady for short)!
Here they are:
Anyway, if you read this rant, thank you.
If you do feed birds at your place, please keep an eye out for any birds afflicted by Beak and Feather disease. If you do find one, please call the RSPCA.
This has been a bird update from Lily Rose Milk ❤️

I make journaling kits! This month the theme is “Cabinet of Curiosities” and there are a limited amount of kits! ❤️
I sell them on
http://www.lilyrosemilk.etsy.com
or
💕Craft and Art from a Kintsugi Heart 🏺
This kit is a hand-curated collection, not a bulk supply bundle!
Each Cabinet of Curiosities kit is built slowly and intentionally, drawing on the historical idea of a curiosity cabinet, where objects are chosen for their texture, story, and visual interest, not for quantity alone.
Inside you’ll find:
• Original A5 sticker artwork illustrated by me
• Artist-made and hand-cut elements
• Generous amounts of bespoke glitter, not samples
• Carefully selected ephemera, textiles, and tactile details
• A cohesive colour palette and theme across every item
Nothing here is random or mass packed. Materials are sourced, designed, or assembled by hand, then arranged to work together as a complete creative experience.
These kits are limited edition and will be released soon. Only a small number are being made, and once they’re gone, they won’t be reproduced.
I’m excited!
I’d love your thoughts!
P.S. there is so much more to be added!
I haven’t told you about my app/website!
I can’t reveal the URL yet but… I’ve created a fully working system that matches groups of people together in seamless Sisterhood of the Travelling Journal groups! It’s a free app with the option to donate and it’s going to be open to the public soon (within a month or so)!
I am really, really excited to share all of this with you - I know that the journaling community will rally behind this idea because its community based, it’s not for profit and it’s run on good faith ❤️
If you’d like more information please let me know!

3 juvenile king parrots at once… all fledglings… I could cry!
I love it when cockatoos come to visit me!
DREAM BIRD ENCOUNTER!!!
The King Parrots brought their baby to visit…
We have baby, dad and mum!
The baby is a juvenile male. I knew that the female was roosting because she hadn’t visited in months and Oscar (the papa) visited every single day!
Look at how cute, little and scrawny he is!
Illustrations created exclusively with my own Procreate brushes! ❤️ I am looking for a few people to test my brushes before I put them out there. Do you use Procreate? Do you want to try 30+ brushes for free? I’d love some genuine feedback on my brushes! ❤️
I also need to name these pieces of art. Any ideas? 😍💕✨

✨ Happy mail, but make it a whole little universe ✨
These photos are a peek into what I send out every month through my Patreon - a mix of art, stickers, ephemera, glitter, handmade bits, cozy surprises, and all the soft chaos that comes with curating something from the heart.
Everything is hand-picked, hand-packed, and built around making creative time feel comforting instead of pressured. It’s not just supplies - it’s a gentle nudge to sit down, glue something crooked, write something honest, and let the world go quiet for a while.
If you’ve ever wanted:
• Creative mail that feels like a hug
• Journaling tools without pressure
• Gentle encouragement instead of productivity culture
• Art that prioritises feeling over perfection

This morning I was greeted by two HUGE cockatoos… or maybe normal sized cockatoos… I’d never seen them up close before.
I formed a bond with them. It was lovely. They even came down to the deck to look for food. Well, one of them.
They spent … half an hour with me? They sat and clucked and chewed and ultimately were adorable and it was a pure half an hour of bliss just interacting with these incredible birdies.
There was a mat hanging across the railing and evidently it is a chewy material because they spent at least 10 minutes chewing and kicking at this mat… so persistent and destructive. It was so beautiful, in so many ways.
And I just sat there. They got so, so close. It was so very bizarre, surreal and also so magical and special. Life just gives you little nature treats sometimes and you get to bask in them. Especially first thing in the morning.
This project began in January, after I lost my boy Bobble.
Bobble wasn’t just my cat. He was my studio shadow, emotional anchor, tiny familiar, and day-to-day reminder that love doesn’t always speak in words. When he passed, I was left holding so much love with nowhere to place it. And as an artist, the question I kept returning to was:
What do I make with love once the being you gave it to is gone?
The answer became Nine Lives of Love.
This is not a fortune-telling tarot deck. It is a storytelling deck.
Each card is an illustrated tribute to the many ways cats love us and change us: devotion, comfort, protection, mischief, healing, survival, gentleness, and joy.
I am now opening this project to the community.
People are invited to send me photos of their cats, living or remembered, and I will personally hand-illustrate each into a tarot-style portrait for the collective deck. Every card is drawn by me from initial sketch through to the final illustration, guided by your submitted photos and stories.
The sketches you may see shared right now are first-draft concept drawings only. These simple outlines show the tarot layout and structure. Final artworks will be fully rendered, detailed illustrations created after submissions are selected.
✨ There is no fee to participate. This is a gift-based community art project.
✨ There are 12 spots available only, due to the time required to hand-illustrate each card. Once those places are filled, submissions will close.
To participate, please send via DM:
• 2 to 4 clear photos of your cat
• Well-lit images where facial features and body shape are visible
• Front, side, and personality shots are welcome
• Weird, silly, or kooky poses are especially encouraged
Every cat included becomes part of the permanent Nine Lives of Love deck, a shared memorial and celebration built from individual stories of feline companionship.
At its heart, this project exists to honour the animals who loved us fiercely and quietly, who sat with us through our hardest seasons, and who taught us that devotion requires no language.
Bobble started this journey, but it belongs to all of us now
If you have ever loved a cat like family, if you carry one in memory, if you believe art can hold the shape of love:
🖤 You are warmly invited to send your cat’s photos and become part of Nine Lives of Love. 🐾
Reblogs are deeply appreciated to help this reach someone who may wish to take part.
