I’m still having thoughts about Lord Moran, I know a lot of people think it’s David Brett (son of Jeremy Brett, but I’ve never been convinced)
And he’s never credited and he doesn’t speak (Moff says it’s so they didn’t have to pay him) but Mark seems pretty pleased with himself about something about this in the DVD commentary.
There was also secrecy about this filming for some reason...
And I found a post on a deactivated blog that I now cannot find (damn tumblr mobile) That was like “hahaha Lord Moran actor is Moriarty.”
And I just wondered if it is Andrew in prosthetics. So... for the second time (my last one was wondering if it was Derren) come down the Who The Hell Is This? rabbit hole!
So here are some shots of Lord Moran. Note how grey he is in this pic.
and this one where Sherlock is thinking about him.
And then here he is waiting to blow stuff up.
And here he is leaving his hotel room (I lightened a lot of these so his details can be seen)
Note his funky looking ears and his hair that looks a bit like a wig.
But actually don’t focus on his face so much, look at his hands.
Now faces can be manipulated with prosthetics, Mycroft’s fat suit in TAB and the idea of someone having someone else’s face put on them including different coloured contact lenses is LITERALLY RIGHT THERE AT THE START OF THE EPISODE.
This profile looks most like Andrew I feel maybe with a bit of nose work and some prosthetic ears (if you think that’s not possible look up prosthetic exhibitions)
However you can’t doctor hands in the same way.
That little kink in the middle finger on the left hand and the way the left finger is spaced from the rest of them?
Also our mystery man is kind of strangely built up around the lower half of his face...
I just? Is it him?
Maybe not... but considering some of the theories we’ve had to this puzzle (Someone even suggested Mark) This one isn’t too out there.

Tjlc is by far the most intellectually stimulating environment I have ever been exposed to in my life.
This is the ideal first reblog for me. Tjlc is literally the reason I decided to stop lurking after so long. So, hello, happy to be here, into battle and all that.
same! i lurked until s4, and i could JUST TELL IT WAS ALL SUBTEXT dammit, but i couldn’t figure it out, so i stopped lurking and started properly cheering.
Me too, @sarahthecoat!!!
we are all here for this (and the cookies)
I’ve always wanted to animate something sheep-related and here it is.
There will be more, but animation is very time consuming.
performance capture as Shere Kahn
Reblogging again because dots be damned…..I gasp everytime I see this.

I’m hearing the ghost of Benedict tacking on “and the motion capture!” any time someone says he did the voicing on some character 😂😂😂

That day, she was amazed to discover that when he was saying As you wish, what he meant was, I love you. And even more amazed was the day she realised she truly loved him back.

Hello! You might have noticed that I haven’t posted in a while… I have unfortunately messed up my shoulder/wrist and everything in between, and had to rest a bit. My physio has now given me the green light to start working again, so here I come with a classic GoodOmens portrait! <:
Fair warning that I’ll take things very slowly for at least a couple of weeks, but I’m relieved to be able to start painting again! <;
Prints and other stuff on my Society6 and RedBubble
Going through some old unshared drawings
Just comparing the two.

Ian Holm (September 12 1931 - June 19 2020) as Bilbo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
Illustration by Howard Pyle, Harper & Bros., 1895
Excerpt from The Parasite, by Arthur Conan Doyle (1894)
“Do you mean—” I cried.
“I mean that as I opened the door last night you rushed out upon me, struck me with both your fists in the face, knocked me down, kicked me furiously in the side, and left me lying almost unconscious in the street. Look at your own hand bearing witness against you.”
Yes, there it was, puffed up, with sponge-like knuckles, as after some terrific blow. What could I do? Though he put me down as a madman, I must tell him all. I sat by his bed and went over all my troubles from the beginning. I poured them out with quivering hands and burning words which might have carried conviction to the most sceptical. “She hates you and she hates me!” I cried. “She revenged herself last night on both of us at once. She saw me leave the ball, and she must have seen you also. She knew how long it would take you to reach home. Then she had but to use her wicked will. Ah, your bruised face is a small thing beside my bruised soul!”
