Halloween had to Maia’s only favorite holiday— except this year, she was having complications. She had dressed as a flapper, it was was original as she could get. And throughout the entire night people would point to this tall boy and tell her that they had the cutest couple costume. The problem was, she didn’t know him. So, she made a beeline for him and tapped his shoulder— which she was able to reach due to the heels. “Hey there, stranger.”

Iggy glanced down, smiling at what he assumed was the girl in the flapper dress everyone had been talking to him about. He didn't want to say anything to prove them wrong and figured she would come see him eventually. Turns out he'd guessed right and here she was. "Hey there. I'm hoping you're my uh...other half as people keep telling me."

He was dressed as an old mobster and his oversized jacket covered his wings nicely. "I'm Iggy by the way. Mind if I ask what your name is?"
