I was doing some more research for Suo theories and I just discovered that peregrine falcons (Suo's namesake) have traditionally been paired with cherry blossoms (Sakura) on woodblock prints and irezumi (Japanese tattooing).

some people on twt are apparently complaining that we’re focusing on sakura now… the main character…?

i remember this being an issue a few months ago but why are we bringing it back up now?

i guess the issue stems from not focusing on nirei, but as many people have been saying, the arc literally just started, and the first like 3 chapters were nirei centric? 😭 i don’t see what the issue is

on that note, sometimes seeing people talk about the series makes me think it’s their first time keeping up with a manga weekly, please give it time. i know some may think it’s a rough read now but that’s only because we’re waiting weekly for a new chapter, compared to when it’s complete and someone can read the story in one sitting

This chapter was a kick to the gut but also Sakura not going to school opens a very hilarious possibility, because imagine if he's on his way to Bankoku-gai. Imagine the boys go to his apartment and see a sticky note on the door reading "Went to find fight FIND AND FIGHT the one eyed bastard. Nirei's in charge while I'm gone".

Imagine the boys™ hopping on the first train to Bankoku-gai as well, to follow Sakura, because "HEY SO ENDO SAID THIS WAS MORE DANGEROUS THAN FURIN. AND FURIN BEAT NOROSHI, ALL BASICALLY LEGALLY CRIMINALS. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU WENT ALONE??!"

And then it cuts to Sakura trying to get directions in the streets but he can't find anyone who speaks japanese, until he stumbles upon a member of the red Chanpuru that does. After a quick chat and a description of who he's looking for, they point him in the general direction where 'Sun Fei' is. But after Sakura leaves the RC member goes 'hmm. Maybe I should informe mr sun Fei that there's an angry cat headed his way'.

Parallel to this, Nirei and Co also get into the city, and ask around until someone who saw Sakura walk past and speaks English (kiryu or someone else translating for the win) points them in the right direction.

And then suo is informed of this group of outsiders that just came to the city and decides to go confront them himself.

So Sakura is looking for suo, to kick his ass until he speaks. Nirei and the others are following Sakura, to back him up and prevent him from getting in trouble with the rc. Suo Is looking for the big group (nirei and Co) to kick them out of his city

They are all basically running after each other in circles, looney toon style
