Ah, I suddenly wanted to write this, although I’ve always been thinking about writing about GCF in Tokyo. What better occasion than its anniversary? Let's go...
I take immense pride in being a JiKooker. They warm my heart, soothe my soul, and somehow restore my faith in love.
This ain't your Jimin, this ain't my Jimin—this is Jungkook's Jimin. "GCF in Tokyo" is everything you'd ever want to understand about how Jungkook sees or feels about Jimin. It's one of the most authentic versions of Jimin I've ever seen: goofy, beautiful, adorable, with a smile that could light up galaxies far away. But who was that smile for? Me? You? No—it was for Jungkook, and only Jungkook. The love they have for each other feels like it could spill out of the screen. It makes my heart feel so soft.
In previous radio interviews, you'll often hear Jimin mentioning how he wants to go on trips with Jungkook. Jungkook would stay quiet in those moments, just smiling, only to plan such a beautiful trip for Jimin in the following years. That baby was always listening to what Jimin wanted, and boy, did he surpass all expectations. He did it with utmost charm.
There's something so classy and attractive about Jungkook—he doesn't care about being judged by random strangers. Don't you think he knew how love and hate would come hand in hand if he made something like a confession in this video? He knew it, but he just doesn't care, and that makes him so magnetic and irresistible. I could gush about Jungkook all day, about GCF in Tokyo, and about Jimin too.
JiKook and Japan goes way back. its something which belongs to 2 of them.
You can see Jimin shrugging at the camera because he didn’t realize why JK was making a video. And that’s why it makes me feel so much in my heart—it shows that Jimin wasn’t aware of the GCF in Tokyo video, and that just adds to the sweetness of it all.
