DONT use glasses, youll become dependent on them to see!!!! #WARONDRUGS #OVERPRESCRIPTION #CORRECTIVELENSADDICTION
I know this is a humorous exaggeration designed to show how silly it is to deny medication and mobility/quality of life aids to disabled people by applying the argument to something silly in a way that nobody would ever do but... unfortunately I have heard people say this. I've heard people suggest that people with minor sight problems shouldn't get glasses, and people needing to move to a stronger prescription should do it and should stay on as light a prescription as they can use and still function, because the glasses will "weaken their eyes" and make their eyesight worse (which is bullshit). People will pull this ableist bullshit on glasses wearers, too.
unfortunately no matter how much you try to parody ableism, some completely genuine asshole out there already has you beat.
#'you wouldnt say this about wheelchairs!' yes they would.#'you wouldnt do this with a missing limb!' i promise they do#'but what about-' look just assume no matter how stupid it is that people are dicks about it
Anyways, remember that anyone trying to put trans people down for their gender expression not "aligning" with their gender identity is so chronically online, and if you go talk to real people irl, way less of them actually care at all.
Like yeah, there are dickheads out there who do talk to people irl, but I've come out as trans to so many people recently, and no one cares that I have makeup and long hair. This is such chronically online "discourse", I never even knew anyone other than TERFs and transphobes in general cared about that until I found certain parts of trans social media where people say things like "transtrender" and "you'll never be a real (x)" just because of someone's gender expression. Like stfu, touch grass, and get a life.
freaks me out just a little that when you're inside a vagina you are surrounded by pelvic bone

"discord moderator" jokes are literally just fatphobic and ableist. sorry to "ruin everyones fun" or whatever

when people tag posts "unreality" it's a signal to people who struggle with discerning reality that a (likely scary if believed to be true) post is not real even though it's written as if it was. it's also a filter tag so those people can opt out of seeing posts like that entirely. many people who rely on the unreality tag are psychotic and struggle with paranoia alongside (or because of) the struggles discerning what's real. posts that these people interpret to be real can lead to incredible distress and compulsions.
when someone tags your post "#unreality" and you screenshot the tags and say "what are you talking about? this is real" because you consider the post easy to discern as not real and find this joke funny you're actually just causing paranoia for people who now feel like they can't trust the unreality tag. not everyone has the same reality discernment skills as you. what's "obviously" a fictional story to you may not be obvious to other people.
I don't think most people make this joke maliciously. I think most people making this joke don't even realize why the unreality tag exists. anyways, if you've made this joke or have the urge to make this joke then consider not doing that.

Did y'all know that you can express you aren't comfortable with children, and don't ever plan on having kids w/o sharing how much you hate a whole group of human beings?

This hands down the best comment in the notes, I will not be taking criticism.
if you look at two nonbinary people with the exact same gender identity and not only call one transfem and one transmasc based off their assumed agab (which is often wrong bc people forget hrt exists and also, y’know, intersex people) but think they've got fundamentally different experiences with their gender identity and transitioning because of that you don’t actually support nonbinary people you’re just seeing them both as lying trans men/trans women
