it is absolutely wild looking at my posts from 1+ year ago rn and remembering how lost I was.

my life is awesome now y’all. I stumbled into working on my first political campaign and my candidate won by a landslide, met the love of my life who I’m moving in with in two months, made some amazing friends, graduated from grad school, got into a serious car accident and walked away mostly fine (okay that wasn’t great and I was injured but I did get more money than I anticipated from the other guy’s insurance and bought a car that suits my needs much better), am on the E-Board of two different political orgs, and started working for my state’s legislature at the building I’ve been dreaming about for years.

COVID has been tough but I am so lucky. I’m helping a lot of people with their unemployment issues and it feels good to be making a difference. I am so happy now.
