Glokta
Just got through my fifth Ear Reading of all the First Law books and wanted to give some of the characters a try. I don’t think he’s supposed to be quite this gross, but it felt right and was fun.

Page for a thing I’m doing, I’ll more than likely post the comic, in its entirety once I finish it. As always, done in Photoshop from start to finish, using kylebrush.com brushes.
“Come at me, Bub.” -Broverine RejeX-Men. X-men rejected from the Xavier School.
Gave the Character Design Challenge a go. This month’s theme was vampires. I’m not sure if I submitted in time.
I Was Alive #4 Fellow Artist “Things aren’t as scary when you’ve got a best friend.” -Bill Watterson
Colored up yesterday’s zombie kid drawing.
Hey! Here's a Daddy/Daughter inktober! Today, Em went with another ghost. I like the reverse lettering in the mirror bit and intent on swiping it. Meanwhile I went with a little zombie dude. Used a ton of side brush on this one, which is always fun.
Some more Daddy/Daughter inktober! Em with a soup ghost, while I went with the time my seven year old wanted to take all the coins from a wishing well. Also, she’s never had a haircut, due to her Rapunzel infatuation and it’s getting out of control.
Quick color over the zombie girl from the other day, before I started work.
Kids and I were talking about Moana and how much I wish I had Maui's build! Just a big slab of man, that guy! So for today's Daddy/Daughter Inktober, I drew him up! Meanwhile, Em went for this SpooOOookYYyy Spider GiRrrrLL ThhIiiinnnnGggg!
Considering using liquid masking film for reverse inking, instead of Dr Martin’s white.
Our theme (coincidentally) is spooky girls, for our latest Daddy/Daughter inktober. All brush again from both of us. She really digs the brush, you guys. Thanks to everyone that's been 'liking', sharing and commenting, Emily is thrilled by it! This is her first experience sharing art with 'strangers' and you guys are making it pretty rad.
