Just found out the reason I didn't get into my dream uni is cos I was rejected based on predicted grades, the school gave me an E and changed it to a D because they based my grade from lockdown work (not fair at all), then I provided evidence for at LEAST a B (which would meet the requirements) and they said no, even tho they told me not to worry about lockdown work cos they understood why I couldn't do it, and now I've been completely fucked over and can't go to the uni I want :/

I'll start:

KT tape/sports tape is so so good for supporting your joints without restricting them

Eating non-acidic food like tomatoes and spicy foods when u have heartburn/indigestion will help!

Lie on your left when u have indigestion/heartburn cos apparently the acid can't get out of your stomach or something? Idk but it helps!

Even if you don't think it'll help or if it's "too random" please just comment!! It could help someone out!! Literally ANYTHING u do yourself is useful!

Also, any useful tags to reach people lmk and I'll add them!!
