IMPORTANT NOTE: This package should work with all 64-bit systems, by the way some FX like CC TimeWarp works perfectly with CS6 and above, so, if want to try the package on CS5 or CS5.5 version you will have some difference in results. I suggest do unflag CC TimeWarp from you FX panel, and result will be closer to the demo.
Today I have a day off, after hard working week!
Wish you to have a good day! Work hard and be happy!
Today is a hard day!
Never! NEVER give up!
Color correction is very important!
How to Make your Video Like Film
First, understand what color grading is.
Before you jump headfirst into color-correcting your clips, itâs helpful to understand a little about color grading. Youâll also need to open the tutorial project in Premiere Pro and send it to SpeedGrade using the Direct Link feature. In addition, youâll get a brief introduction to the SpeedGrade user interface.
Adjust the temperature and midtones of a clip.
Often the video you shoot will be warmer or cooler than you prefer. The RGB parade scope is one of several analysis scopes you can use to see a representation of how warm or cool the clips are in your project. You can then use the temperature slider to adjust the shot on the primary layerâs overall setting. Finally, you can make fine adjustments to the highlights, midtones, and shadows of the shot using the various slider and trackball controls.
Apply a unique, stylized look to your video.
Digital video and traditional film have subtle differences, such as the amount of detail that is preserved between changes in color or luminance (called âroll offâ). SpeedGrade ships with several film stock effects that can help you achieve the look of film when applied to your digital video, so your project looks like it was shot on film. You can use a film stock by itself or apply one before or after a custom grade. If you apply a film stock after a grade, be sure to put it on a new Look Up Table or LUT (pronounced âluttâ) layer in the Layers panel. Otherwise, the film stock will delete and replace your existing grade layers.
Save and apply looks.
A âlookâ is the composite of all the color and grade changes applied to the layers in the layers panel for a specific clip. SpeedGrade allows you to create and save looks, which you can then apply to other clips in your project. This is a huge timesaver if you have many clips in your project to which you need to apply the same look. The Shot Matcher tool allows you to take the look from one clip and apply it to another clip in your project.
Send your SpeedGrade project back to Premiere Pro.
The final step in grading your video project is to send the project from SpeedGrade back to Premiere Pro. This takes all the grades that you applied in SpeedGrade and adds them as Lumetri effects in Premiere Pro â where you can still turn them off and on in the Effect Controls panel. Save the Lumetri effects as a preset, so you can continue using them in the same or other projects.
Once youâve reviewed your work, export the project from Premiere Pro or queue it in Adobe Media Encoder for exporting. Either way, you have a wide variety of export formats to choose from including many presets for common video hosting services, such as YouTube and Vimeo.
Today is a hard day.
But!
Keep Calm and Never Give Up.
Edit Video Faster
Editing video can be a tedious, time consuming process. If you use Premiere to edit, these shortcuts will help you get the job done faster.
Editor Lee Morris shows us how his team saves time during the editing process with Premierâs shortcuts. By navigating to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts you can assign Premiere actions to your keyboard. In the above video, Morris shares his own assigned shortcuts and explains that his team uses shortcuts on the left side of the keyboard. This way, they can keep editing without having to take their right hand off the mouse.
Morris mentions shortcuts that come with the program, too. For example:
1. Hold âControlâ and âAltâ while dragging one clip over another to âswapâ the footage.
2. Highlight a clip and hold âAlt,â then drag the clip to copy that clip to a new location.
3. Hold âAltâ and click on a video or audio track to grab ONLY that item (if audio and video are linked).
4. With the Cut Tool selected, hold âShiftâ and click to cut down the entire height of your timeline. This will save a ton of time if you have multiple video and audio files stacked.
If youâre a Premiere user, youâll definitely want to give the video a watch. And for a text version, head to the post below.
Today is a good day!
Stay focused and never give up!
Color correction is foreign to many of us. Â How do the pros get their images looking so rich and beautiful when mine still look kind of plain by comparison, even though I'm using a pro camera and everything? Â Well, the answer lies in knowing how to use your software--there are many different ways to correct color and it can take years of practice to master. Â You can use it to make the images pop, sure, but some of the reasons people may want to color correct or grade their video footage is to give it a certain look to enhance the mood or feel of their video.
Color Correction in Adobe Premiere
The footage you captured should be as "flat" as possible, i.e., no filters or saturated camera settings. Â Each camera is different, so test it out to find your ideal profile setting. Â It's important to get the ideal footage in-camera first, and different projects may require different settings.
In the above video, VScreen shot the footage using a Canon DSLR with the Neutral Picture style.
In Premiere, find the clip you want to add color to on the timeline and double-click it.
Click the Effects Control tab.
Search for Fast Color Corrector, and double-click it.
When the effect loads in the Effect Controls window, it's going to give you a ton of options. Â Scroll down to the White Level and click the eyedropper icon.
Find the brightest/whitest area of your picture and click the eyedropper there.
Now go back to the Effect Controls window and go to the Black Level eyedropper.
This time you'll be finding the darkest/blackest part of the image and click the eyedropper on it.
If you want to do more to the image, you can go to the Gray Level and use the eyedropper to identify the neutral colors in your scene. Â However, you don't always have to do this and you can actually mess up the picture using it.
You can also adjust your Color Level Settings: you can intensify the colors or add richness to your look. Â The left corresponds to the blacks in the scene, the right corresponds to the highlights.
Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.
VisionColor LUTs in Adobe Premiere
Working with ImpulZâ˘LUTs in Premiere ProÂ
 ADDING LUTS
The Lumetri Color Panel is split up into multiple grading sections with the ability to add 3D LUTs at two different stages of the grade. This is an incredibly useful feature not only if the 3 Step Film Emulation Technique (ImpulZ Ultimate only) is an integral part of your color grading workflow. To make use of the powerful cineon negative and positive print film emulations in ImpulZ Ultimate we recommend to apply a Camera Negative_CIN of your preferred film stock in the âBasic Correctionâ section of the Lumetri Color Panel. To select a third party LUT like any VisionColor 3D LUT from ImpulZ clickInput LUT -> Browse and navigate to the VisionColor/ImpulZ folder. The second step involving ImpulZ⢠is usually to apply a print film emulation that brings your footage back to an sRGB gamma (with proper contrast and saturation). We recommend injecting this secondary Print LUT in the âCreativeâ section of the Lumetri Color Panel. That way all primary adjustments made in the âBasic Correctionâ section are processed under the Print LUT which simulates a real film workflow and is going to yield accurate and realistic results. To select a film print LUT from ImpulZ click Look -> Browse and navigate to the âCineon Conversionsâ in the VisionColor/ImpulZ folder.Any secondary adjustments you make in the âCreativeâ, âCurvesâ, âColor Wheelsâ and âVignetteâ tabs are processing the sum total of all adjustments made above including Input LUT, primary corrections and Print or âLookâ LUT. These global adjustments are ideal to fine tune your grade and give your own distinct look.
Working with OSIRISLUTs in Premiere Pro
ADDING LUTS
The Lumetri Color Panel is split up into multiple grading sections with the ability to add 3D LUTs at two different stages of the grade. Since OSIRIS is a collection of stylized film emulation LUTs (Compare ImpulZ vs OSIRIS) we recommend adding OSIRIS via the âCreativeâ section of the Lumetri Color Panel.
To select a LUT from OSIRIS click Look -> Browse and navigate to the VisionColor/OSIRIS folder. Choose either the Rec709 or LOG version of an OSIRIS LUT depending on your source footage.
Any secondary adjustments you make in the âCreativeâ, âCurvesâ, âColor Wheelsâ and âVignetteâ tabs are processing the sum total of all adjustments made above including primary corrections and the OSIRIS LUT. These global adjustments are ideal to fine tune your grade and give your own distinct look.
Good time and mood for editing!
