One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that, when it comes to people hurting, don’t just assume what they need. Be blunt and ask how you can help them. It allows you to learn different coping mechanisms, but also makes sure you don’t over step any boundaries, because you won’t be doing anything to make the other person uncomfortable.

Be kind and remember everyone handles life differently.
