Hi! The post you reblogged from androgynousavenuevoid is a scam; they are using an outdated photo of their blood sugar measurement and using an untrackable Paypal for their fundraiser. A blood sugar measurement over 500 is fatal, as in like, coma-inducing level, and needing to go to the hospital. The fact that this account has been showing that image for several days shows that their blood sugar is definitely not at that level anymore (they would be hospitalized, in a coma, or dead) and an insulin pen wouldn't do anything to stop that anyway.
