- There are more Filipinos than Native Hawaiians in Hawaii

- Native Hawaiians make up over 40% of incarcerations in Hawaii

- The govt is trying to get rid of the Native Hawaiians by telling parents it’s okay to send their children to school in heavy vog/letting them build homes within 1 mile of geothermal plants, etc

- There are virutally no career opportunities for Native Hawaiians and when there is, it’s incredibly competitive and usually taken by a foreigner

- Don’t support hotels or b&bs run by mainlanders/foreigners

- Support local Natives when you travel or even online. (Better not travel at all if you don’t do something to support or rebuild their stolen communities)
