I still find it pretty funny that in fallout 3 you can get your karma down by just opening Moriarty’s terminal over and over again.

My forbidden computer touching ways have caught up with me.
The reason I’m doing this in the first place is that a lot of evil karma options in fallout 3 are just inconvenient. Like I could go out of my way to blow up a city or I could not blow up a city and get a much more convenient free house and keep access to their merchants.
So in order to keep getting the full evil karma experience, every time I do something convenient or utilitarian that raises my karma I go back to Moriarty’s Saloon and just open his terminal over and over again.
Thus, my good boy points are eliminated through repeated computer touching and the regulators here are hunting me down for looking at Moriarty’s personal data a hundred times in a row.
What’s really funny about lowering your karma this way is that after you do a major good Karma action and listen to the radio, the radio DJ Three Dog will be like this horrible fucker from vault 101 we all hate him so much you know that guy? He did another fucking thing. He saved a thousand orphans.

This is actually one thing I cannot be silent about. Book banning in high school libraries is bad Period.
This is glossing over the fact that the books that are getting banned from school libraries (some kids only access to books) are largely books about queer people, people of color, and social justice. Most importantly however these books are being challenged and banned by adults who DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN WHO ATTEND THESE SCHOOLS! Anyone can go to a school district meeting and submit a challenge for any book they deem 'unfit for children' with no actual basis or any stake in the game. Conservative adults are deliberately trying to control what books people have access to entirely. It doesn't matter that it's 'just' in high schools with availability outside of schools, that's just step one. If they get footing on this to ban any content they deem offensive at schools that's just step one.
The argument of "Oh well these books shouldn't be in schools with Minors." falls flat because the 'pornography' that these people are fighting to ban is almost exclusively queer people simply being present in a book let alone sexually or romantically involved with anyone. Any book with black characters gets challenged on basis of 'drug use' and 'gang violence' despite how little reference to either there may be even in an auto-biography. The books getting banned aren't just erotica and adult oriented stories, those are just cover for the real target, people of color and queer people. So before saying "They're just being banned in schools." Think about why anyone would want to ban a book in the first place.

this is a fake problem that only exists on social media but you ever notice how sometimes people will take a completely normal and healthy fictional relationship and be like “oh they’re master and dog oh they’re king and lionheart oh they’re doing ethel cain they’re doing i’m your man by mitski” like yeah sure have your fun. but those guys are at best 2.5 kids in the suburbs and the only dog there is their samoyed

My personal headcanon for Ash Ketchum has always been that regardless of if his dream ever came true he'd never truly stop traveling and learning. Because despite "becoming a pokemon master" being his goal if you actually sit down and watch like Any episode of Pokemon the thing that always holds true is his curiosity and desire to learn everything he possibly can related to pokemon. And he'll try anything to! He did contests and the battle frontier. He'd do those silly little shows with Serena if they'd let him.
So I like to imagine him continuing on in life as this nomad who people don't automatically recognize as anyone important ya know? Just this goofy guy going from place to place always lending a helping hand and hes got a cute lil pikachu on him. And hes often lost somewhere with a friend just exploring the woods to see if he'll find anything cool. Ya know, as hes always been, but older now. And its only once hes drifted once more do you maybe stumble into an article on the pokeweb about him and are like... that guy??
there’s a dedicated ashandpikachuspotter account somewhere on some social media. You tag a photo or search for a term and boom, there’s pics of this guy. this dude. this man. with his pikachu. and it’s thousands of strangers from across the globe coming on line to talk about some stranger that they met briefly and then never saw again. they’ve compiled their stories and their approximate locations and mapped his journey from continent to continent, a long snaking pathway that spans decades and thousands of miles. He’s apparently one of those Kanto kids that the government let just drop out of school. Its working out very well for him.
Thats so funny, to imagine him as a pokeweb criptid type character a la the florida man
