Hi hi Tumblr. I'm Arcturus but everyone calls me Arc. I'm 26, Nonbinary and I'm a sorta amateur writer and character creator. I mostly like coming up with my own little stories. I'm not all that interesting but I might post about my world more. I can't draw for shit so hopefully I can describe things well enough that you might like it.

Im typically not brave enough for this but hey I hope you like.

(Mentions of my oc Hayate.)

(Also this takes before Dragons Rising starts like a year or so maybe)

It was windy evening in the land of lost things; it had been roughly 4-5 years since the merge happened and our protagonist Cole, a member of a team of heroes known as The Ninja had landed in these merged lands. Luckily, Cole wasn't alone; He had managed to find others to stay with and slowly they became a family known as The Finders. Cole sat outside of their base known as the rookery, he looking over to see if the monster known as The Hoarder that had plagued them all this time was heading their way and saw his newly found family. Spitz and Fitz two boys with no family or place to go, Bonzle, a mysteriously skeleton with a monotone voice who seemed to , Hayate, a man not too much younger than himself who like Bonzle had alot of secrets but learned the art of magic.

Finally Geo, the person who found him and helped him. The closest confidant he has had since the merge. The Elemental Master of Fusion, A Half Munce/Half Geckle from Shintaro who like him didnt really have much if any family. His eyes lingered on the other man a little too long and slowly his mind began to wander. His daydreams filled of Geo, holding him, smiling, going on dates and more. His final daydream was of Geo getting closer and closer saying his name until finally he snapped back into reality and saw Geo standing next to him. The ninja blushed his face flustered by how deep into his fantasies he went.

Geo spoke softly, "Can i sit here?" He said simply before Cole nodded and the two sat for looking over. Cole asked, "what are they doing? Playing a game?" He was filled with a small curiousity as he saw Hayate draw in the dirt. Geo shrugged but chuckled "The boys finally wore down Hayate into doing a spell of some sort but I have no idea what it does. The boys are excited and Bonzle is curious to see if it will blow up. Hayate was grumpy and grumbling about it. Its kind of cute right, Cole?" He kept chuckling as he remembered Hayate grumbling but Cole was so fixated on Geo in that moment. His laugh, his smile, even just the way Geo said his name. It was all just so cute. He couldn't hold it in any longer. "Geo, I have to tell you something." He looked deeply into munce's yellow eyes

Lets go back a bit and focus on the other half of this pairing, Geo. The munce looked up from building his sculpture, to see the two boys begging Hayate as the two basically beg. "Please Please Please show us a spell!" Over and over until Hayate yells "Fine! Geez. Im gonna cast a spell that sends you two flying." He grumbled and started drawing into the dirt. Geo started laughing. "They finally got you huh, Hayate? I really thought you would have broken sooner." He said poking fun at him. Hayate barely looked up as he said "Don't distract me while I do this. Its going to be a great show so can you make sure Cole is watching." *The white-haired wizard asked as Geo nodded and walked away. As his mind filled with his own thoughts, his fears of telling Cole how he feels, his hopes that his feelings would be reciprocated and even the dreams of what would happen after. Before he knew it, there was Cole sitting infront of him lost in thought. "Cole? Cole!" Geo said startling the ninja who seemed awfully flustered. "Can I sit here?" Geo said nervously rubbing the back of his neck.

Now back to present, Geo's mind raced as he looked at Cole and asked nervously his face flushed "W-what's up?" Cole grabbed Geo's hand an act that drove the latter's into over drive. The Ninja looked into his eyes and began to speak. "Geo, if I dont say this now then I dont think I ever. But im also a little nervous so I am going to say it really fast and i might get loud Kinda how my friends do." His gaze filled with an air of nostaglia before Cole focuses again. "Ok, I'm so happy to have met you, I would have been lost if the finders didnt help me. I love this life we have here, i love watching you make statues, i love cooking together, taking naps and reading art history books we find. I love spending time with you. While the finders are my family. Its different with you because it....IT DRIVES ME CRAZY BECAUSE EVERYTHING YOU DO IS SO CUTE! FROM THE WAY YOU SING TO YOURSELF WHIL YOU SCULPT, THE WAY YOU LIGHT UP WHEN YOU FINISH A BIG PROJECT TO WAY YOU NEVER GAVE UP AND STAYED SUCH A KIND PERSON DESPITE ALL YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH AND HOW YOU OWN PEOPLE TREATED YOU LIKE YOU WERE INVISIBLE. GEO, YOU WERE NEVER INVISIBLE TO ME. YOU ARE THE ONE THING I NEVER STOPPED LOOKING AT!! I LOVE YOU! I JUST LOVE YOU!" Cole took a deep breath holding the Geo's hand the latter of the two blushing brightly by how passionate and loud that was. Even more so by how it began make him smile. "Cole...i feel the same way. I never thought...i mean.." the munce blushed stumbling over his words as Cole smiled and waited. It was that they both saw something fireworks going into the sky and exploding when they looked down it was coming from the spell Hayate was doing earlier. Geo looked to Cole whose's face was illuminated by the fireworks and held his hand. "Cole, I love you too. I really really do." Cole smiled as they didnt need to say much else. But they did enjoy the show as they fireworks took on different forms from dragons to stars.

Things were different but the same, all thats really changed is now two people kiss and hold hands.

There is a scene in my head that i love to bits because I am a hopeless romantic and this is kinda sad. I have this scene in my head of Cole telling Geo how before he fought recklessly without abandon because he didnt really care what happened to him. But now...he thinks about the finders. He thinks of their daily life, the life in which he wakes up next to Geo every morning, goes scavanging for stuff with Spitz and Fitz, Watches more shadow puppets shows made by Bonzle.

Geo talks to him of a future in which they are together and Cole will always be there for the ninja when they need him to be but he really wants that future. He dreams of a typical domestic life with Geo. Where they get married and the finders living in the crossroads while Spitz and Fitz and go to school; Bonzle does shadow puppet for fun and Cole works a normal job. A job where he doesnt risk his life and can go back to his family at the end of the day. He even dreams of having a baby with Geo one day thats how deep his deep fantasies go. He wants that life to his core and its all he could ever want. Geo is blushing so red because Cole untintentially proposed to him. Cole also realizing what he said is trying to backtrack to not scare him off but Geo just hugs him and is like "i want that too. I want a life with you too." Then kissing and some jokes even then thinking of what they would name the hypothetical baby. Nate and Lily are among the names they like the most.

So anyway this is my brain enjoy

Name: Hayate

Race: Serpentine (Anacondrai/Hypnobrai)

Age: mid-late 20s

Home Realm: Ninjago(Technically)

Affilation: The Ninja

Story: Hayate grew up in the Ninjago before the serpentine were freed and spent his entire life hiding everything about himself to pretend to be human and running when people. His mom disappeared when he was 5 and his dad was sealed and his dad was an anacondrai so we all know what happened to him. Hayate spent his whole life running and drifting from to place to place. Even when the serpentine were free and slowly intergrating into socitey he hid. When the merge happened, he found himself still hiding because at that point he ended up in The Land of Lost Things. Which tracks because he was lost. There are more so feel free to ask anything
