A charm for you: a flute, too small for human lips, made of dark, rough wood. All but one of the fingering holes have been filled in with marble that is ice cold to the touch. Runes have been carved into the wood on the far side of where the fingering holes should be by what look to be claw marks.
I’ll be damned, another Petrichor? I’ve never seen two in the same place before. This one seems to be an earlier piece, going by the comparatively inexperienced setting of the marble, but no less valuable for all that. There’s no sound when I tried to play it, but the air goes sharp like it does just before it snows. I’ll put it somewhere far from the other one, just to give any hopeful thieves an added challenge.
